November 22, 2021, Big Cats Concrete poured me a new concrete driveway. Paid $9,810. On November 27, 2021, I called **** ********, owner, about cracks appearing in my driveway. I've talked to ***** several times over the past year, and all I get is lies. The cracks are getting worse. The concrete was installed correctly and control joint where cut with in 48 hrs. The homeowner contacted me and I went out and looked at the driveway. I contacted the concrete plant to Evaluate the batch of concrete that was used. The finding were there was not a problem with the concrete. The homeowner than Harassed
Me and began to threaten me and was caught on cameras at my home driving in my circle driveway. It’s hard to work with someone that try’s to tell you how it’s suppose to be done. I feel that I did everything to get it resolved but seems to be not satisfied with anything that is done on the property.

     Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: All lies. Except, I did drive thru his driveway, once to make sure the address was correct. The concrete has too much sand in it. It's cracking and crumbling.

The concrete company has never come out to look at the product. I'm not sure he ever contacted them....all he does is LIE.

    Regards,
