      Went in branch May 7th to follow up with a prior visit. 4 days prior I spoke with ***************************. She printed out my transactions and quickly spotted an error on the banks behalf that caused a negative balance on an old account. She stated she would have it resolved and call me back the next day which never happened. I called the call center first to see if anything had been updated before going back in and they said no and that ***** hadn't even put any notes in my account that I came in the branch and she spoke with me and printed my transactions or anything. That's when I went back in on the day in question on May 7th to speak back with *****. The lady at member services went to get her and after she saw it was me she refused to come out and told the member service agent working the desk to tell me that she was in a meeting. She eventually walked past us and I called out her name. She didn't acknowledge me or speak back then was headed in her office and when she got to the door of her office I overheard her say it's always the same kind causing problems. I assume the same kind meant black women. I do feel discriminated against by this employee *****. All I wanted was her to keep her word which was to resolve the issue of the negative balance even if that meant me paying for it out of my pocket but I think because I was black she only saw me as a problematic customer and refused to help me. In the end I was helped by teller ***************************** who was very professional and helpful. I paid the balance even though I still didn't really understand why but I just don't want any blemishes but I do want to complain about how I was treated unfairly that day in the branch. It really made me sad and depressed to know these are the thoughts from people being paid to help me.
