    I lost my 5K implant because of ****** *********, DMD from this dental office. She tried to put an implant crown since December 2021 . She made me go to the dentist office several times and she could not put the crown (am attaching copies of the Uber records ) Finally she removed the implant screw that holds the I implant and told me that she couldn’t do it and told me to go find someone else who do it. I left the office bleeding and in pain. When I called to complain and ask for a refund she told me that I didn’t let her put the screw back on , when she personally called another dentist and asked him to take me cause she couldn’t put the screw back on!! She gave me the wrong address it took me days to find a dentist. The wound got infected and now i will need ti pay for a new implant again . I called several times and tried to speak with the owner or the manager and no one responded. someone called back and said that they will send a check for they crown that she didn’t put that I already paid (that doesn’t even covers the damage) if I signed a nine fault release form. They sent a check without funds !!! The check bounced. I called after and no one answered never again. They did fraud . Attaching copy of bounced check
