I wouldnt go to this place again if you paid me. I have very bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist so I ask the dentist if I could please have nitrous oxide through the entire procedure. He said that was fine. I signed my financial agreement and paid my bill before they even touched me, The charge for the nitrous oxide was around $300.. The total bill for an exam, xray of one tooth and the extraction was over $1,000. I was told that it was that expensive because I didnt have dental insurance. I was in a lot of pain so I agreed to the charges. After the assistant gave me the shots to numb me up he started the work at pulling my tooth. I then noticed she had turned off the gas, so I told the dentist she turned it off and to please turn it back on, but he wouldnt tell her to. He just kept saying, just another minute and Ill be done. So I ask again, because there was so much pressure I felt like my eyeballs were going to pop out. He just flat out refused to listen to me. To make matters worse it took a while for him to remove the tooth, because it wasnt at all loose to begin with. They never did turn the gas back on through the entire procedure. The whole experience was just so traumatic and it didnt have to be! And then, as Im walking out the door, the receptionist calls me to come back, saying, Oh we did the math wrong, you still owe us around $200! This place should not be allowed to treat people in this way and Im going to try my best to warn everyone I can. Making a mistake in the math is one thing, people make mistakes. But making me lay there for so long and be tormented is just not right. No one should be treated in this manner.
