I am the caretaker of my 95-year-old grandmother who has dementia and blind. I use *********** Conviva care center transportation for her doctor ************* 12/6/2022 however was a very unsafe experience on Conviva. He loads her, I get on the van and notice he was not locking down my grandmothers wheelchair right. I tried to tell him it wasnt right, but he didn't understand. So I started videoing him, telling him its not right I dont feel safe. He dials his supervisor while trying to lock her in. Once he thought he was finish he closed the door and gets in his set. Eventually he slowly pulls off as he waits for a supervisor to answer, he drives slow around my neighborhood. Supervisor answer he begins to speak in Spanish saying I was irate. I begin to scream we have a language barrel and my grandmother is not locked in right. He continues to tell his super I was the problem assuming I didnt understand Spanish because I couldnt speak it. Now the buckles falling off my grandmothers wheelchair I call the doctors office explain whats going on and I am scared, the representative tries to contact transportation. She asks me to give him the phone but he would not talk to her. The representative puts me hold again, then all of a sudden, the driver pulls over to an empty lot and tries to secure her wheelchair again. Im telling the representative whats happening and how scary it is that I cant communicate with the driver. The driver begins to drive again, still talking on the phone holding it in his left hand while using his right hand to make gestures in the air as we get on ************************************************ right, youre holding the phone talking and making gestures, youre not holding the wheel then he hangs up the phone. I was scared for my grandmother life and my own! That's a negative one star! Sincerely Not Happy with *********** Conviva
