      On October 17, 2022, I received a Proposal #****** from ***** K ***** Fencing, LLC via email for $4,000 for an Aluminum gate/fence. He quickly came by my house that same day to collect my $2,000 cash deposit. I have a receipt signed by Mr. *****. He stated that he would complete the work by the end of November 2022. This did not happen. In December 2022 I called him to check the status of the job. He said he would get back to at the first of January 2023, because all his suppliers were out for the holidays. He did not call me back. On May 24, 2023 I called and text him to ask about a refund of $2,000. He did not return either call or text. His phone is set up to not accept messages, so I could not leave a voicemail. I really need to get my $2,000 back.

      on 1/31/2023 I filled first complaint against this company I* ******** Bruce John’s contacted me to meet up and talk about the issue and that as it as always disappeared with. The empty promise. I would like to get the materials I paid for back to me so I can hire someone else to finish the job. Mr.John’s doesn’t operating using invoices and contracts and he’s very forgetful. He’s accusing me not paying for the materials. But I paid 100% of it. I am attaching the explanation of everything I paid for and we both agreed too.

      He got paid and disappeared! ***** has started on my project 6 months ago, he got paid 80% and 100% for material , he would show up to work for a day or 2 every 2-3 weeks with very little response to text and phone calls, he always had an excuse why he can’t work, at the end of the day we told him not to come on a project anymore! I asked him to give me the materials that I paid for back to me so I can hire someone else , but no response back. He has not finished my project! I demand to have my materials I paid for back or the money $1400 that I had to buy again plus the labor to $1000 to finish the job he didn’t. I have tried to reach out multiple times and tried to have it done the civil friendly way but ***** doesn’t reply at all.

      August 8 2022 Paid $5500.00 as a deposit 3 months and he keeps telling me the fence is backed ordered. Always says I will call you never does!! Now he is not answering his phone and you cant leave a message. Excuses Excuses! I feel we have been ripped off. He doesn't have the money to order the fence. He did put up a very small amount of vinyl fencing around a water well and that took months of me calling and bugging him! Broken promises all the way. Either he finish the job or give me a refund from the money that I did pay him!! Would never recommend him or do any business with him again!

      He is terrible and he should not be allowed to be on the BBB . He is scamming  left and right  with excuses and excuses and nothing has been resolved . I have contacted my attorney for my money back and will be taking him to court !

      Signed an agreement on 8/19/22 to remove old fence and install new fence no later than 9-30-22. Paid a deposit of $2000 down. Promised to arrive for installation on 9 12 or 9 13. Never showed and did not return call, texts or voice mails. Finally tracked him down and he again agreed to install fence on 9 28, Never showed up. Left voice mail, texts and e mails. No response for days. Again promised to arrive on 10 2, 10-4 and 10-5. Never showed up on .any of those days. Called and mailbox was full, No response... Sent Certified letter on 10 -6-22. Did not sign for and did not answer. Also sent to only know e-mail address. No response. Since then he has contacted me promising me a return of funds by the end of last week. Received nothing. Then he promised receipt by today. Nothing. Requesting return of my deposit of $2000 immediately.. Attached is copy of agreement, 10-6-22 letter, copy of check and Estimate.

      ***** came out and gave me a quote verbally on June 23rd, which we agreed to, but he didn’t email the quote until July 2nd. That should of been my first clue. We sent him a $4000 deposit (50%) and he kept checking in to see when the payment will arrive, even though it was 4th of July weekend and post office was closed. He kept telling me to secure our spot for last week on July, he needs the payment right away. Should of been my second clue. Last week of July came and went and no one started any work. Since then, there have been about a dozen broken promises. Today is the Sept 5 and we still don’t have a fence, only about 2 dozen of posts left all over our yard. He does a horrible job communicating, but even if the company does, they don’t keep any of the install dates. Beyond frustrated and feel scammed. I want my money back so I can hire someone else.

      On 5/9/2022 ***** came to my house to give me a quote for fence work. He looked it over and left, called me later in the day and gave me a quote of $3800.00 and told me he wanted $2000.00 up front. I agreed to give him $1500.00 cash and he told me he would have his wife email a receipt and a contract. He also told me he was about 3 to 4 weeks back. He sent someone to fix a small piece of the fence in the back on 5/14/2022. Since then there have been many promises to get the fence up but, no fence. On 6/17/2022 he texted me and told me I was on the schedule for Wednesday 6/22/2022. I called that morning and got no answer and then texted and no answer. No fence when I got home. He has not answered my calls since then and has not answered my texts. I expect my money back with a deduction of $100.00 because he had the back fence fixed. (which didn't take more than a half hour) I really liked him and trusted him. I learned my lesson on trust.

      Called this company out over 2 weeks ago. Owner came out same day and we agreed on price and I have him $1000 deposit which he cashed the same day. Owner told me no later then a few days and fence will be put up. A week went by and no contact from owner. I called and got no response. Called and texted owner phone for the last 2 weeks with no response. I left multiple messages. I believe I got scammed by this company..
