June of 2022. NuCore LVP. Cost about $2,600 plus to have it professionally installed. Planks started coming apart and denting like crazy everywhere. I called the business and they said they would send out a third party inspector to complete an inspection. They did that and said it was an install issue. As I have looked into this matter I found many, many others who are having the same problems as I am all over the US. Did we all have bad installers? I think not. Supposed to be a great warranty and DYI install (I chose not to) and a really tough floor so the box says. Very disappointing to spend all this money for a lousy product which clearly does not stand up to what it is intended for. Even went with a thicker wear layer so it would last. I have no kids or animals at home. Only 2 of us. How can this floor be so bad in such a little amount of time. Clearly this a NuCore problem. Added some pictures of the planks separated as well as denting. They also had to go back after finding a bad plank. There are many more. They need to stop selling this floor so others don’t go through what I have had to go through. Do I really need to look into hiring a lawyer or starting a class action lawsuit, Ridiculous ******* **** ***********
