    I was a victim of identity theft and multiple charges were made against my debit card on November 14th, 2024 from different merchants. These charges were discovered the same day they were made and immediately reported to ***** as fraudulent (***** ClaimID ***************). A police report was also filed (Report#***************). When ***** Fraud contacted World Market about the fraudulent pur*****s, World Market claimed that the pur*****s were verified and could not be refunded. When ***** investigated the issue further with World Market, World Market provided order numbers, proof of pur*****, and billing address. When I investigated these order numbers, I discovered what was pur*****d from World Market were two e-gift cards in the amount of $100/ea. These e-gift cards, according to the order number had not been delivered to the recipient yet. I called World Market to ask for a refund and was told they could not refund the e-gift cards. I asked for the email address of where these e-gift cards were being sent and was refused the information. When you view the order numbers online, they still show as not being delivered. We are pursuing pressing charges against the person who stole my debit card information. I would like a refund of the two pur*****s of $100.00/ea that were made without my knowledge or consent.

    i was giving the wrong side facing sectional. i was told i would get a partial refund and never got one. i would like a credit of $250 back on my card now because it has been weeks and no one has helped me. i’ve emailed several times.
