  DO NOT SHOP WITH ******* ALERT!I placed an order in August for four wigs totaling $700 during a sale. Since then, Ive experienced nothing but excuses, empty promises, and constant delays. Each time I followed up, I was met with another sob story and reassurances that my order was ********* December, she claimed she would provide tracking. By January, I had received nothing. After calling out her unprofessionalism, she apologized and promised a refund within two weekswhich never happened. Radio silence.I have since filed a claim with my bank to get my money back. This has been a ****** learned: If a business does not offer ******, I will not shop with them again.She appears to prioritize influencers to draw customers in, only to scam hardworking people. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

  Have followed her for years on ***** and decided to finally support and order from her back in November. My first clue that I shouldve known something was up was when I followed her FB page after ordering and she blocked me not even five minutes after following. She sent me an email about 2 weeks after I ordered claiming she was working so hard on my order and itd be shipping soon. Never received any response when I emailed her back a month later asking for an update on my order, and after waiting a few more weeks with no response I ended up filing a claim through the bank to get the money back. I also noticed that, for the second time since Ive been following her she had changed the name of her website.

  Merchant never responded to me I still havent received my order. I emailed and dm her she does not respond. Im highly frustrated and still trying to get my money back.

  I think this company and skin honey is one big scam. My name is ************************ I want the name listed to reflect any negative comments on social media that I've made. I placed an $80 order in January 2024 thinking I was supporting a small business. In reality I was supporting a scam artist. She claims she can send out these products or give you your money back but you will never see either of the two. You're probably lucky if you can get a response. All on all I'll take my L cause I work hard for my money and don't need to take it from others, but please BE WARNED of the fuckery afoot with "these so called businesses" It's all bullcrap.

  Her products look legit, but the way she conducts her business ? Is a joke. She has no knowledge of customer service. Her attitude seems very nonchalant when it comes to her customers, and the fact theyve spent money. NUMEROUS people on DIFFERENT social media accounts of hers, are saying theyre still waiting for an order four months later. I purchased a body oil, waited 2/3 weeks since thats what it says on her website. A month passed, and no info. I emailed her and never was contacted back. But she is constantly posting on social media. I had to call my bank and dispute the transaction. I suggest you just save yourself the hassle and do not purchase from this young lady. She is not considerate as a business woman, save your money.

  I ordered 2 wigs from this company when her company went by the name of The Brianna Duval and she never sent the wigs nor refunded me after I sent countless emails to her. She would say shes had a lot of orders and will ship it out as soon as she can but never did! She does that so you can be understanding and give her time. As time passes you can no longer do a chargeback from the bank. Dont shop with her! Shes distasteful and unprofessional because the least she could do is refund people their money. When you try to bring awareness to her scamming ways on her page, she deletes those comments. I wouldnt recommend her business to nobody. Shes just stealing peoples money.

  My 1st order took a month to get from ******* to one state over. I thought it was because she was selling out so much. 2nd order came within the same week I ordered. But my 3rd been over month and havent received anything..hundreds of people havent received anything..When you are able to reach this seller, she has very kind words for you. She will tell you she is doing all the work alone and that shes moving as fast as she can, but she actually taking her precious time. I think shes seeking revenge on customers who leave negative comments about not receiving . Tracking shows packages out for delivery before they are even shipped out. She takes packages to a self serve kiosk, scan them in as shipped. This way you cant cancel, or get refunded if it looks like the package shipped already. So she keeps your money and packages Big scam!!
