About a week ago a refinance company called me to sell a policy to fix my car and I was quoted 30 dollars a month. I got the paperwork in the mail as I was charged 100 dollars. That was not what I agreed to when I told them I couldn't afford it right now and planned for the following week. Now none of the their customer service agents will accept my calls and help me cancel it. I've went and written in my cancelation and sent it to their address "** **** ***** ***" in ****** per their cancelation policy. The policy also states that I can get my full return within the thirty days after I start, if I request the refund in writing. Sadly there is no tracking number on that piece of mail, but I do have the receipt. My membership ID is **********, which is part of how they find your policy, but I somehow had agents greeting me by name, which I thought was weird. I dont think this is a legit business. I've called several numbers, but the one they gave me finally for the refund service was ***** ********.

This home warranty company deducts $130 from my bank account each month. I have been trying to cancel my policy with them by calling several different phone numbers, and have been unable to reach anyone. I want to cancel with them. Can the BBB help me with that?

Hello, I just wanted to add that I cannot find this business online at all. The company that deducts payment from my bank account is called ********************** and when I contacted them yesterday (number shown on my bank statement) at ************, they said I had to cancel with American Home and Auto Warranty. Today, I did a search for Integrity online and found another number to call, and was given yet another phone number: ************. I finally reached someone at AH&AW. I spoke with *****, who agreed to cancel my account . . . and I just received a cancellation confirmation email from American Home Alliance. What a circus. But I think I've been successful. Still, I can't help but think that this company, whatever they are called, is shady. It has always been a timely challenge to reach someone there.
