  Dude, I'm so happy I found this cleaning company! ******** and her team are amazing. I gotta say, they're super professional. ******** herself comes for a consultation, sits down, answers all your questions, and explains everything clearly. Then, her team shows up and does an incredible job! And every time they come, they're even better..Hey, can I tell you how amazing this cleaning company is? They're the only ones in town with a totally separate cleaning system for each area no cross-contamination! It's huge for me and my family to know they're not using the same rag in the bathroom and then the kitchen. Seriously, their professionalism is top-notch! We're so happy we finally found them.

  I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of this company!I contacted them on a VERY short notice for a cleaning in preparation for my sons 20th birthday party.******** the owner came for a consultation walk through and I was so impressed with her attention to detail, her crew arrived the next day and I can't say enough about what an AMAZING job they did!Trust me you can't go wrong with this company Definitely contact them!!!We have them come out now every 2weeks to maintain our home.

  I can't say enough about Michelle and her team are the best! They're super professional and always leave our place spotless. They notice all the little details that others miss. I highly recommend them for cleaning, especially with their non-cross-contaminating cleaning system. I've never heard of any other company in town that offers that. It's so thorough and I appreciate knowing that our home won't be cross-contaminated! This company is perfect for people who care about where they spend their money!!

  It is extremely hard to find such a reliable, trustworthy, professional cleaning company.I had multiples in the past none of them compared to the premium service that MrsMichelle provides to her customers, this is just taking cleaning to a whole different level.I first want to mention that they are a non cross contaminated cleaning company, I've never heard of any other, the attention to detail that they bring to the table is incredible. The customer service since the day you contact them it's just truly amazing. An overall Mrs ******** and her cleaning crews are lovely to speak with and they bring this piece with them every single time they come out to service my home!This is such an amazing cleaning company, I am truly blessed that my friend ****** recommended me to them!! - *******

  I have never been more dissatisfied and disappointed in the cleaning services provided by this company. In the initial cleaning they missed more than 8 areas. I expressed my concerns and provided pics and videos. The owner was apologetic and promised a full refund. Its been more than a month- we still have not received a refund. I dont trust they do what they say they are going to do when they clean your house. They damaged our kitchen sink as well.

I am writing to follow up on your review, regarding your experience with our cleaning services.As previously mentioned, I have made every effort to address your concerns and provide you with satisfactory solutions. On April 26th and 27th, I offered you five different alternatives to resolve your inquiries. Additionally, I sent my inspector to re-clean the areas you were dissatisfied with, and she confirmed that everything was in order.I understand that you are familiar with our company's policies and agreements, which include a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. Despite this, you declined every alternative I proposed, including a complimentary free cleaning to ensure your concerns were fully addressed.During our phone conversation, I regret to inform you that you engaged in intimidating, harassing, and disrespectful behavior towards me, both personally and professionally. You made false accusations about damage to your kitchen sink and threatened to publicize negative experiences on our platforms solely to obtain a refund, even though our policies clearly state that refunds are not issued for rendered services.While I initially expressed my willingness to refund your payment, I felt pressured and cornered into doing so due to your aggressive and threatening demeanor. After I agreed to the refund, your tone changed drastically, and you demanded immediate payment. I explained that I was out of checks and needed to return to the office to order them.It is disheartening to note that despite my efforts to accommodate your requests, you have shown a consistent pattern of disrespect and discouragement towards me and my team. Your actions have been particularly disheartening as a Hispanic/American business owner in the cleaning industry.During our initial consultation, I advised you that your home required a deep clean and provided a corresponding estimate. However, you opted for a basic cleaning due to time and financial constraints. I explained that this would require multiple basic cleanings to achieve the desired level of cleanliness. You acknowledged and understood this, stating that your home had been cleaned thoroughly two months prior. However, in my professional opinion, it is likely that your home had not received a thorough cleaning for over six months. Additionally, you rushed me during the consultation as you had to leave.It is important to note that basic cleaning services do not provide the same level of results as deep cleaning. This is a standard practice across the professional cleaning industry.I genuinely hope that you find a cleaning company that can meet your expectations. However, I kindly request that you cease harassing and threatening me via text message, as our business relationship has concluded. The agreement between us commenced on April 26, 2024, and terminated on April 27, 2024.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  I can't express how impressed, I am with the cleaning service provided by Expert Cleaners LLC, From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident. Every corner of my house was meticulously cleaned, leaving it sparkling like never before. Not only did they exceed my expectations, but their friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable.
