    I took my daughter for a dental check-up, they found some cavities and required dressing with resin, the insurance upon receiving the diagnosis approves the service but changes the material: ***** *** *******, that is where I decided to contact the customer service explaining the case and they told me that I should send a letter of complaint and so I did. However, on the 1st occasion I sent the letter they never received it because they gave me the wrong address. I lost a month due that incident; I knew of it because when I didn’t receive an answer I contacted them again, I explained the case again, they apologized and gave me another address.
    I immediately sent the letter, another 3 weeks passed without a response, I communicated again and explained for the third time, the answer was: we can’t change the pediatric codes but before that they ask me again to what address did I send the letter because according to them they didn’t receive it (What are they doing playing? I wonder! It does not make sense that they made me send a letter twice when they clearly knew it wouldn’t arrive. I think it’s a mockery that they waste so much time, I have called many times explaining the case, why from the beginning are they not honest? We would have saved time and money, the staff is supposed to be trained to answer any questions, and the answers and services should not wait so long. My daughter has those cavities that have not been able to be cured due to their negligence since December 14, 2023. It has been almost 5 months. Is it fair? However, she has a pending orthodontic treatment that to date they have not approved, making excuses. Therefore: I ask that you consider performing all the procedures indicated by the dentist and that the insurance assume it as compensation for the loss of time and money. I have the insurance since November 2023 and as of May 1 they were charged from my card for another month.

    If I could I would Not even going to leave a star it's that bad. Tried to call as a providers office and I was unable to get thru to speak to someone on a patients claim. Even using the option to hold. THEY NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE!! OR WRITE UP LESS POLICIES SO THEY CAN HANDLE THE PLANS THEY HAVE. NOT RECOMMENDING THIS PLAN TO ANY OF OUR PATIENTS
