Terrible, the company was removing some items from two storage sheds, and my family was moving the items we wanted to keep to our personal vehicle. The guys told me that they take all the items to a warehouse and go through it. They wound up putting a box of vintage and brand new vinyl records in their truck, though its worth over 600$ and I wanted to put them in our vehicle. So they took them and when I contacted the store several times, I was given the run around, about who to contact. After a couple of weeks trying to get transferred to the local store, I finally made contact, though the main store didnt ever want to give me the local store phone number and they often didnt answer the transfer call request from the main company. Basically the local store said theyd check and get back to me. Then a weekend passed and no response. Called again and got the run around once more with promises the store would call. Again nothing. Overall, the company originally told me they go through and sell the items they can, but wouldnt tell me the place they sold my records to so I could go repurchase them even. Terrible Buisness, DONT TRUST them. Then got ahold of someone higher up who said that they cannot go through the items and all pickups are transferred to the local dump? Why would the workers say something completely different then? They told me they go through the items and sell what they canAwful experience.

We have contacted Mr.****** on numerous occasions to resolve this issue. Our initial interaction we discussed the accusations of our team stealing and selling the items to a store. I informed the customer that we don't sale any items that we pick up on jobs but explained that we recycle and donate items at times. I also informed him that due to the items being in a box it was more than likely considered to be garbage by the truck team and was disposed in our transfer station/landfill because of that. The customer was adamant that we sold his items and that he just wanted to "track" them down and proceeded to hang up the phone . After 2 weeks I followed up with the customer again after noticing that he updated his 1 *********** Review stating that he's had no response from our Franchise . After 20 mins of explaining the same situation from before I informed the customer that if he provided video footage from the storage unit of our team loading ANY box on our truck I would refund him $300 . If he provided proof of our team saying they would sell the items and proof of us loading ANY box on our truck I would refund $600 . I advised him if he couldn't provide any proof I wouldn't be able to refund the job . He took my contact info and stated that he would send the footage to my email and has yet to do so.

I am rejecting this response because:

Im still getting the video footage from the storage shed. Also not oddly considering this Buisness, but they say one thing on the phone then act different on this public platform. Just beware of these people, not an honest bone in them
    Regards,
