  Rating: 1 Star (I wish I could give negative stars)I am beyond frustrated with Jace Laboratories. The owner enforces a mask mandate despite the State of Floridas laws, which clearly state that no one can be denied service for not wearing or being unable to wear a mask. This is not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of state ************** make matters worse, the owner herself does not wear a mask. Its incredibly hypocritical and shows a lack of consideration for both the law and the well-being of others. The double standard here is unacceptable, and I will not be returning or recommending this business to anyone. If you value your rights and expect fair treatment, I suggest you look elsewhere

  These people are lying to BBB if they say an email receipt advises about the mask. It does not, I will show my emailed receipt to BBB representative if they would like proof. I had a similar crappy I-9 verification experience on 8/17/23 as ************ had earlier this month. When you arrive, they want you to wear a mask, I advised associate that ***** ended. His response, "we have them for sale for $3.00." He was being serious as I thought it might have been make a joke day or something, and said it is because they do "Covid testing." I'm like what kind of hustle is this place? He snickered. I went home and got my buff that I wear fishing, to protect them and myself from Covid that ended according to the ************************** When your employer onboarding requires form I-9 verification, go anywhere but here on your list of places to make the appointment. And a bit of advice for ****: I know life is tough out there, but come on, a $3 hustle on your customers won't even get you a cold one these days.

  To respond this complaint:1. Our policy states that face covering is required 2. The Fieldprint appointment confirmation email also states face mask may be required at this location 3. We do not mandate that you purchase face covering from our facility, we just inform you that it is required.4. We offer multiple services, not limited to I-9 Verification.We understand that it may not be required for other businesses, but due to us servicing donors/patients daily, conducting testing and diagnostic services, the policy has been implemented and enforced.

  Avoid this place at all cost. What a Joke!! People are Rude and Unprofessional.Company requested I get I9 information verified with this location I will never do business with this place or the people that run it. *************************************************************************** order to walk inside. The lady in front of me had to go out to her can and put on her work out shorts so she could get her information verified. Place should be closed down.

  Good day ************, we apologize if you didnt want to adhere to our rules and policies. Per your appointment confirmation email from your employer, it stated that you will be required to wear a mask. We provide more than just I-9 verification screening. We are a full lab that conduct diagnostic testing as well as pre-employment screenings. Our facility also has multiple cameras where we reviewed and saw that you were actually rude to ************** when she politely asked you to please where a face covering in which you stormed out the door after. Again we apologize if you didnt want to adhere to our companys policy but just to inform you it was not only our policy but the agency who you scheduled your appointment through also stated in your email to wear a face mask.Thank you.
