      Royal Green quoted me on lawn treatment options. Please note that the address you have on record is not the same address on my quote which is ***** *** ****** ***** **** ***, ************* ** *****. I know it's the same company, because the phone number and website are the same. Their company name on their email quote is Royal Green Lawn & Remedy Pest Solutions, but on the actual quote it is Royal Green LAWN & ORNAMENTAL SERVICES, INC. Anyway, I asked **** if he would treat my lawn if the stone was removed from the approx. 500 ft in the backyard, & if he would plant the sod. He said he would treat the entire front & back yard, but I should call ***** **** for sod installation (**** ********. He said he used to work for someone else, but now he has his own business. It turns out they work "hand in hand" & "It's a partnership" & he taught him a lot. He taught him how to improperly install very expensive sod on 3-11-23. They told me that because our grass was all weeds you don't have to rip up the old grass and add topsoil before planting the new sod. Well I found out from The Sod Lot (who grows, sells, & installs sod--we bought this sod for my house from The *** *** ******, that he is 100% INCORRECT, and that he should have not only ripped up the existing lawn growth, but he should have also added a layer of topsoil, along w/ a starter fertilizer. The Sod Lot said weeds underneath will come thru the new sod, that is if the sod doesn't die because it wasn't properly rooted. And the best I could do was to water it for 60 minutes every day for the next 30 days (HUGE water bill!!), between 6 & 8 am, & hope for the best. She also sold me a bag of starter fertilizer that should've been applied on the new topsoil they didn't apply. ***** was working for ****, but **** said "That's between you & ***** ****", who doesn't work for an actual company. Well I know I can't get my $ back for the sod ($856.45), but I would like my $ back for the $375 in labor.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      **** from Royal Green told me to call his guy (***** ****) to install my sod.  ***** **** said they were a partnership (as evidenced in my previously submitted attachment).  Then, after Royal Green denies his employee or bait and switch, *** **** refused to answer me, when I asked "What company do you work for?", which was also evidenced by an unanswered text message in my previous submission.
