    We purchased two mobile homes from Normandy homes in ************. The home I am emailing you about is my home. The information is below. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get any of the significant issues repaired since owning it and now Destiny is telling me theres no warranty and refuses to do anything. Normandy has been an absolute nightmare to deal with, **** is a pathological liar. He pretends to be a 'good ole boy' but is a con artist and liar. From start to finish he passes the **** and refuses to take ANY responsibility for the multitude of poor workmanship and installation errors. ******

    Mr. ********** house was delivered Oct 31, 2022. Per the paperwork signed by the buyer, the home and all its components have a blanket 1 year warranty. Also, per the paperwork, Normandy Homes is not the servicer nor warrantor of the home. We are simply a broker for the transaction. They appeared to have gotten certificate of occupancy in Feb of 2023. Despite the factory that built the home, ********************, giving every customer a one year warranty on their home, they were last at the ********************** on Sep 11, 2024, which is well after the one year warranty was over. Even site built homes only come with a standard one year warranty.

    Threats of delaying our home. Tried to pressure ** in to signing a contract that was blank on there end. With proof Lies about paying for impact fees. With proof Lies about permits being pulled for home. With proof lies about obtaining the street address. With proof. Hired subcontractors that left the home unsafe. Multiple other lies with out proof. Any issues that come up with there contractors we are expected to handle it which was not what we agreed.
