    I visited the *********** location on 12/7/22. I gave them insurance information. I received a bill from *** ***, called and it was coded incorrectly, I have contacted them 7 times since with promises of this getting corrected. STILL my messages and request go ignored. I want this corrected and issue rectified. If this blemishes my credit I will file a dispute and take this to the next level as well. This should not happen and they should have the courtesy amd correct this immediately.

I have forwarded this complaint to ******* to ensure that they follow up with ***** and get this matter resolved as soon as possible.
