I bought a $55,000 car from Arlington Toyota and they said if there was something wrong with it that we could bring it back. We'll 10 days later we find out that Arlington Toyota sold us a car with transmission issues and now they refuse to make it right and they want us to pay the $6000 for the new transmission plus the taxes to bring it back! Arlington Toyota is deceitful and disrespectful to us when we called. This is by far the worst place to buy a car and now I know why Arlington Toyota wanted us to leave the review on Google before we signed the papers. **** ***** and ******* ***** were very rude to us when we called with a concern on a purchase. We were hung up on several times.Business response

We regret the dissatisfaction with the purchase from Arlington Toyota. Arlington Toyota does offer a 30 day exchange from the original purchase date, vehicle must be in the same condition with 1,000 miles or less. If the customer is not happy with the vehicle we will offer an exchange for another vehicle. The customer had the option to purchase an extended warranty but declined. Arlington Toyota sold the vehicle to the customer "AS IS, NO WARRANTY." We will be happy to review the purchase documents with the customer.

Arlington Toyota knowingly sold us a car with transmission issues and they want us to pay for the repair and taxes in the return. We will not do this, that was not part of the deal as explained to us durning the sales process.Business response

That is incorrect. We will give the customer full credit for the purchase minus any repairs/damage incurred. Arlington Toyota did not know the vehicle had an issue. The customer was offered a warranty and declined. The customer purchased the vehicle AS-IS/NO WARRANTY.
