1 starI had a satisfactory experience with dealership salesman **** ******, who demonstrated honesty, fairness, and helpfulness. However, my interaction with finance manager ******* ******* was disappointing due to his dishonesty. The listed price of the vehicle on CarGurus, which I have documented, was $51,881. **** presented the sale price as approximately $51,500. Upon reviewing the paperwork, ******* altered the price to $53,470 without notification. Notably, I did not purchase any add-ons that would have justified the price increase from the initial sale ***** **** showed me. I have made multiple attempts to contact ******* and general manager **** ***** via voicemail, but my calls have gone unreturned. As a first-time car buyer, I am disheartened by the dishonest business practices and lack of accountability. Consequently, I will not be conducting business with this dealership again.Review fromJOHN P

1 starI bought a brand new 2023 Highlander with life time warranty on engine and transmission, now when I bring my car to be fixed they are saying that I did not rotated my tires every 5000 miles so you are not covered. How tire rotation is related to transmission. Please be careful when buying cars from Arlington Toyota. I talked to their GM in this regards he was very unprofessional and very rude behavior. Instead helping me he was acting like he doing a favor talking to me.Review fromEvander C

1 starI purchased a new 2024 Toyota Tundra at Arlington Toyota in ********************. All their 2024 Toyota trucks have brake issues and the waiting list to get replacement brakes is 6 months or more. These brakes makes loud noises and they say nothing is wrong with them. Well why do they need to be replaced? They know about these issues with the Tundra trucks but leave those issues out to new customers. I spoke with ******* ***** Sales GM at Arlington. I wanted to replace my Tundra. No help from him at All. He pretty much told me he not doing nothing for me and wouldnt give me a time frame on when brakes part come in. He told me to just wait. He was not understanding and made it clear he wasn't trying to help out a customer. I told him why don't they tell customer about Tundra brake issues b4 selling them a truck! He says that's just the way they do business. I would never purchase from Toyota Arlington again. I warn all ppl looking for vehicle beware of Arlington Toyota dealership.Review fromDerek K

1 starScams buyers - shady practices - poor customer service I have a *************************** Tacoma. I dropped it off Aug 9th it is now Oct 1st 2024 and the parts needed to fix my vehicle are back ordered. The jute/carpet is back order and there is still no *** on when it will arrive. They recalled my third break light for leaking water into the cabin in 2019. Now the pressure vent is also leaking water into the cabin. They wont recognize it for a recall. Both issues are quality defects, both issues are leaking water into the cabin, both issues should be recalled. Mold has been growing under my jute/carpet. THIS IS A SAFTEY HAZARD. I had a newborn baby in this vehicle before having this knowledge about the mold. It has now been two months with no *** on when parts will even arrive. There are nine other cases of this same exact issue at this dealership alone. When I got my original quote for $5800 for the fix they suggested that I go through insurance. Seems like this is borderline insurance fraud. I did just that, paid my 1k dollar deductible and have been in limbo waiting for parts. I have been a loyal customer who got all my work done at this dealership. Needless to say the support they have shown a loyal customer the way they have stood behind their product and the shady practices this company has portrayed will have me going else where for my next purchase and I suggest you do as well.Review fromAdam B

1 starAbsolutely horrific experience. The sales people were overcharging and undervaluing trade. Finally came to an agreement and then they hit us with the $3,000 of optional expenses for some vehicle gps finder, car unlocking service, and $400 for the tint that was already installed. We politely delinked these optional expenses and then they pulled out of the deal just like that. An absolute sham of a dealership. The sales people dont seem that interested in helping and were very passive the whole time. The manager was pleasant at first but apparently gets some kind of kick back for thee optional expenses because they were not optional. Would highly advise looking elsewhere for a used car.Review fromMADISON G

1 starStarting this review off with the intention of helping others learn from my mistake of putting any sort of trust in this specific dealership. Generally speaking, all dealerships have its flaws just like any other person. However, Arlington Toyota put me through more downs than *** buying my first big purchase in life as a 20 year old woman. I financed a used 2019 Jeep Wrangler JLU here on Presidents Day 2024. Ever since, they have straight up put me through h*** trying to work with them with something as simple as a ********************************************************* the first place. *****, the mechanic told me that the 144 point inspection was done before they put the Jeep on the market. That was not the case with the issues on the Jeep that I left the lot w/. ***** is the head mechanic at this *************** mention something like engine doesnt sound good when starting ******* fills the steering level fluid. Jax Chrysler Jeep Dodge ended up doing service under warranty. Aftermath: LET ME WARN YOU THESE INSPECTORS AT ARLINGTON TOYOTA HAVE OVERLOOKED MISSING BOLTS, LOOSE CONNECTIONS/BOLTS, LEAKS, AIR INTAKE DISCONNECTS, ETC. then will tell you everything is good & wont warn you even after you ask for your own record. After Jeep store attempted to fix the issues just yesterday I had to fill my coolant every 30 mins (NO LIE) or it would be completely empty & coolant was EVERYWHERE, soaked all under the hood, IT WAS DRAINING, which I mentioned the leak in the first ************ did coolant pressure test (after service) saying they found no leak.. Could only imagine what else had wrong with it, I had more issues after them working on it than b4. From the start here, unfulfilled promises, lack of respect/empathy, stress/tears, & more at AT. I learned my ******* I shouldve had the vehicle completely service before signing anything, but overall this is a business that cant be trusted or hold values coming in 1st time. Only God can be trusted thru all of this.Review fromRichard F

1 starO/5 stars Bought a ****** Frontier truck from ******, she sent me a video of congratulations in front of the truck with the paperwork and was going in next day to pick up and give them a cashiers check, they called 3x to confirm my 6 pm appt which I did, got there at3:30 to sign paperwork with check in hand, had me wait 30 minutes then ***** came and told me they sold the car 2 hours earlier! 1 starMy husband and I went to Arlinton Toyota to purchase a car. We test-drove the car for about three to four blocks. Since it was a **** with only 6 miles on it we figured we didn't need to drive it no further. We purchased it with 10 thousand dollars down and went home. We took it back the next day because of how bad it drove over bumps and dents in the road. They said we had bought the car and that it is our car because it's a used car now. They refused to return my money or take the car back in exchange for another one. I will never recommend Arlinton Toyota to ANY ONE! NEVER! And if anyone tells me they are buying a car from there, I will do my best to have them go elsewhere.
