1 starI bought a used car back in april. While driving and looking over the car I noticed it had a check engine light. ****** my sales guy at the time swore up and down they would get the car fixed if I bought it. They gave me a we owe you for it. To this day now four mo ths later they say the same thing we cant do anything about it because the light isnt on it is . They say the codes arent active which is bs they are as Im writing this. They just dont want to spend the money to fix it.Review fromRobert P

1 starAbsolutely agree with the other review about their service department. Incompetence is the only word that I can think of to describe them. They Repeatedly missed diagnosed my vehicle, saying it needed fixes that it ended up not needing at all. In the meantime, they punctured the airbag in my air suspension and while waiting for the part to come in told me to come pick it up. I ended up driving the truck home. The fact they made me drive a car off their lot that was clearly unsafe to drive is incomprehensible. I ended up having to tow it back to them. The truck was there for 6 weeks as they were "trying" to solve the issue. They ended up wiping their hands clean of the issue and told me they can't fix it. I had to get it towed off their lot to another dealership. This so-called 'unsolvable' issue was diagnosed and fixed in one day with the other dealership I took it to. Words can't describe the incompetence of the service department. To make matters worse, they were very rude and disrespectful when we were just trying to get answers. Terrible customer service, terrible service department. I would not trust them with any car ever again.Review fromSonya O

1 starI've had multiple problems with this dealership since Aug 22, when I tried to buy my Jeep out of it's lease. I leased it at ********************** in GCS, **. ***** didn't want to write the paperwork up, stating they'd lose money on the deal, since I didn't lease it from them. They finally did the deal when I returned & demanded. I took my Jeep into the service **** this past week to have the engine air ******************* wiper pump replaced. The day of my appt, I was told that my extended warranty didn't cover the pump. I was sold a "Gold warranty", that only covers items specifically stated in the warranty. I told the finance manager when I bought my Jeep that I needed a warranty that covered everything. I went to see the finance manager to see if he would make it right. I asked him to figure out the difference in price from Gold to Platinum. I stated to him, I'd been very emotional that day with everything that had gone on with the dealership. Calls not being returned, courtesy van never coming to pick me up, etc. He told me that I was probably just pre menopausal. I about lost it! I called the ** the next day to let him know what was said. He told me he would dig deeper into it & call me back. Four days later, I have not rec'd a call. I called on the fourth day & left two msgs for the ** & still no call back. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I live 6 miles from this dealership, but will drive 30 miles to another dealership, just so I don't have to deal with this level of unprofessionalism. I have yet to hear from *******, to let me know the difference in the price from a Basic to Platinum warranty. My next step is to reach out to the owner. I realize this is a franchise, but I will take it to ********* Headquarters. I know Jeep will want to know how a dealership is treating their customers, whom are spending a lot of money on Jeeps and are being treated this way!Review fromNelson L

1 starUsing unethical scam based offer to bring people to the dealership is horrible. I put in a request for an offer through True Car and received a response from one of the dealership managers/directors with an offer that included all fees except for taxes. The offer also included a $5,000 increase in price due to market value assessment (MVA). When I got to the dealership, the sales manager would not honor the offer and instead added another $25,000 to MVA, making it a $30,000 MVA price increase. The original offer I received via email and text was close to $73,000 and the offer I received at the dealership was $97,000 + taxes and fees! This was a very dishonorable, disgraceful, and shocking experience! How could a dealership send an offer of $73k and then change it to a final offer that would have put the price of the car at over$100,000?! I reached out to the dealership and was not given any good reason for what happened. The point of contact ignored my texts and the salesman who was assisting me simply said they did not have to honor any offer I received from them.Review fromJoshua M

1 starAllow me to echo the many other one star reviews on here about how ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ************** and the service team at Jax CJD is. After a DOZEN trips and 8 different parts replaced on my vehicle we still have issues. Not only did they NOT fix my vehicle but ************* "the service director" was a terrible person to try and work with. All he did was provide one lie after another to just try and get me and my vehicle out of the dealership. He wouldn't even reply to my email or the manufacturers emails and voicemail to try to resolve my issues. The last time my Jeep was there it sat for almost two weeks untouched as he continued to feed me lies about getting someone else to look at it. It even got to the point when I confronted him in his office that he stood up and started shouting at me in frustration. This service department is an embarrassment and an extremely unprofessional place. I spent 4 months trying to get my vehicle fixed here only to be told I should trade it in or take my business elsewhere. I will make sure to let everyone I know to stay as far away from JP's joke work ethic, lies, and deception as possible. Thanks for nothing JaxCJD. You will be the last place me and anyone I know ever goes for anything ever again. Thanks for nothing but stress and an enormous waste of time.Review fromE. P.

Terrible place! First of all, because of some limited mobility, I need to purchase a car that I can get in and out of easily. Every dealership I went to, I told the sales people that I was there to just SIT in a few models to see how easy or not it was to get in or out of them. This place was the only one unwilling to let me do this. I had to threaten to leave before they reluctantly let me sit in a couple different cars. There was one model that I was impressed with, and I told the salesman that I would get back in touch with him when I was ready to buy and I asked him NOT to contact me. The same day, I started getting texts & calls! No respect. In a couple of weeks, I reached out to him. I told him that before I went any further, I needed to know what the going finance rates were. That seemed like a reasonable request, but he told he could not provide that information unless I filled out a credit application. I said that I was not trying to lock them into a rate; I just wanted to know what to expect, more or less. When he insisted that I must go through the application process, I refused. He went so far as to say that it was illegal to quote a rate if I didnt comply. Illegal? Really? That is a total falsehood. Banks publish loan rates daily! Manufacturers even put rates in TV commercials. I only wanted to know what rates MAY be available. He wanted me to come to take a test drive. Why I would test drive a car that I may not want because of interest rates. His position held firm? I told him that other dealerships had disclosed interest rates, AND they also offered to pick me up to test drive a car and/or take me to their dealership. They said they would not do that either. Outrageous! Afterwards, I contacted the Arlington Jeep dealership to ask about rates. Immediately they quoted their going rates! No demand to fill out an application, no questions! So buyers beware. If you want to be listened to and valued, do not go to this dealership!!Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

This is not how we want our employees treating any customer. We would love to speak with whichever employee you dealt with so we can figure out why they would say things like this and why they would refuse your requests as that is not how we choose to do things. The issues went from manager to sales and I wrote a long letter to your general manager naming names and details about my experience. There has been no response and that makes me very sad! I know that I will never buy a vehicle at your dealership and will advise others to stay away. Just plain disgusted with the entire lot of you!
