1 starWhat a cheap, sleazy a** dealership, I went there back in, I think June of 2024 and test drove one of their used cars but decided it was too much so I didn't buy the car so what did they do? They pue a bad **** in the credit bureau against me to the tune of 5 times. Keith Pierson is a bunch of sleaze bags, I would think twice about doing business with a Dealership that would try to hurt you just because you opted out from buying a car from themReview fromAmaury F

1 starRe: Wrong millage,ac cabin filter wasn't replaced, they put on the maintenance paperwork that's was replaced for a new one,look at the charges,they didn't rotate the tires!!!! Also,where's the prove of the tire,brakes, that show its,green,yellow or red, where's that paperwork evaluation, I'm demanding respect and integrity of the contract, I will contact my lawyer if this problems continue with the terrible maintenance department, better business bureau and toyota southeast, they all are going to know about it and a ****** review, respect !!!?? ??Review fromDomingo P

We went to ***** Pierson Toyota to look for Toyota crossover and we have a sale rep who is very polite and a pleasant customer service attitude but the manager named ******* came out to talk to us we got turned off by his unpleasant attitude. He is very rude and aggressive the way he talk to us. This kind of business dealing attitude is bad for the business. We will stay away from your business not only us but our community of friends and families. I hope that manager changes his attitude. Well , lets talk about the service department. ************* years ago was quite good and honest but I honestly think Keith has turned to the dark side. Evaporator replacement performed on 2008 Camry Hybrid cost was $3,575.67. The repair included a cost of labor of $2,398.56 (24 hours at $100.00 an hour). All of online reference information show the replacement service should take only 8 hours (alldata and charm.li). Perhaps another 2 or 3 hours for compressor oil recovery tec, but not 24 hours. I have requested an explanation twice but no response from the dealership. My trust is completely violated and will never use them again. Keith obviously practices deniable plausability and I would never use them again. I would give 0 stars if I could. Beware of this business.Keith Pierson Toyota, Inc.

I took my 2023 Tacoma for services; I got home and notice that 2 lugs nut were missing from right front wheel. I try to get in touch with service manager, they supposed to call me. No body get in whit me. I 'm very disappointed about service quality, I live 47 miles away and I not going to drive back. Still wetting for answer.Keith Pierson Toyota, Inc.

1 starMe for one will never buy or recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family the deal i did was with no trade in 7000 down and financed almost the same price I agreed to pay for car and ended up with 3000 dollar negative equity on a car i just purchased ... not a good dealership for the elderlyReview fromRobiin L

5 stars*************** was my service advisor. He was very friendly and professional! He answered all my questions and made my wait less stressful, organizing a shuttle to take me and pick me up from the shopping center. He kept me updated on the progress of my car. 1 starI feel like we got told lie after lie with this place.We bought two vehicles back in September 2022.However, when we got into the finance office is where I have some issues.We were talked into buying over $5k in unnecessary warranties(we bought 2 vehicles that day).We were very distracted because we had been there all day and by that point had to pick up our 2 small kids and bring them into the finance office with us(military family with no one else to pick them up from daycare).Due to this,i think we were taken advantage of.The finance manager we dealt with, believe it was ****, lied to our faces when I asked if Toyota offered any kind of ********************* warranties,he told me Toyota offers NOTHING.(which it is my fault for not doing any research but as I said, we were frustrated and had our kids with us by that point and were trying to get out of there).I found out from an email from Toyota that they do in fact offer a 2 year service warranty and 3 year maintenance. I have tried NUMEROUS times to cancel said warranty, via phone and we have even been up there 2 times.We finally got them cancelled after a 3rd attempt of going in person.This is super minuscule but after everything else I feel as though it should be noted.When we bought our vehicles, key fobs were on back order.I was told by the salesman that itll take 3-6 months and Toyota will let me know when I can get one. Here we are,November 2023,and we purchased these vehicles sept 2022 and we finally got contacted last month by Toyota to get our fob. Great right?!Wrong!I placed the order at Keith Pierson OVER 2 weeks ago and was tolditll be ready in five days my husband went yesterday for routine service on his truck and just happened to mention my fob while there. Guess it never got ordered,at this point, this place has been one disappointment after another. Id truly NEVER ever buy a car from here again. Oh.. and I am now *****k upside down on the car I purchased last year, so we love that as well.Review fromMark B

1 starWalked through the dealership looking for a potential upgrade. What is with the $10,000 ADM up charge fee that is added to the **** of all Keith Pierson vehicles? I asked the salesperson and she calmly answered its negotiable! So the negotiation starts at $10,000 above ****? Unbelievable greed promoted as up front pricing. Keepem!Review fromSH A

I went in to see the cars they had in their inventory. I was assisted by a sales rep who went by DOC. He showed me an incredibly expensive car and lied to me about features and warranties included. He then priced the car 20k above MSRP. Then tried to convince me that it was reasonable. He convinced me to sit with a financial rep *************************** who continued the lies DOC told me and added more, they increased prices on the documents when we weren't paying attention. They kept put redirecting questions to each others department not answering any and when I tried to say NO and leave they refused to give me my car keys. I literally got held hostage at the dealership unless I signed. The very next day I was in the service department because the car had part that were still not working which I had brought up to DOC and the other in the sales and finance department and was told "its a new car its all working properly" The sales department is just as bad. They don't know anything yet say they have been working their for 10+ years. They think all the customers are lying about issues the cars are having and are dismissive of all claims. Their workers are no better as they never really fix anything and you are constantly are back in the service or live with the car not working. I've had my standing in the drive way for the past 3 months, because it doesn't work properly.Keith Pierson Toyota, Inc.
