We have not received the daily paper for the last two weeks When we call the local number we are transferred to a foreign country and cannot get any satisfaction only excusesBusiness response

Please accept this as confirmation we have received a complaint from your offices regarding *** ********* and his delivery issues. We apologize for the frustration this has caused. Based on his account, he has terminated his delivery and a refund of $26.92 has been processed. If he would like to resume his delivery, we will notify his carrier and their manager of his concerns, and request consistent delivery as scheduled.
