    My daughter goes here, and Im teaching her to speak up and advocate for herself. She called me in tears, and while I usually encourage her to handle things on her own to learn that not everyone is nice, I am beyond upset. She called the nursing line, and the woman not only refused to let her speak to her doctor or leave a message, but she also hung up on her without providing her name. When my daughter called back, they put her on hold for about 20 minutes and told her that someone might get back to her. Its truly sad that women can't even go to a place designed for women and feel safe.

    Called on Monday afternoon to schedule a papsmear, they had an appointment the next morning so I scheduled it. Woke up to my dog puking and pooping blood all over the house and an emergency vet appointment was needed. There was no way I could make a 9am appointment and called to reschedule. Was told that I would be charged $50 for not giving 24 hours notice. I hadn't even had the appointment for 24 hours so that is a ridiculous statement. They said I am being charged because I canceled an another appointment in 2022....2 years ago. I really enjoyed this dr but not this practice. I understand that people are flaky and don't show up for appointments however there is also something called common courtesy for those of us who are legitimately dealing with a crisis. I've got a $250 vet bill from yesterday and now another bill for nothing. Thanks Faben!!

    I think this practice is horrible I have been contacting them since last June or July trying to schedule an appointment for my annual checkup and mammogram but because they charged me a $50 no show fee because I got sick and had to go to the emergency room and I forgot to call them they refuse to help me and see me because they don't want to remove the $50 fee and I cannot afford to pay it. So they are more concerned about a $50 no-show fee as opposed to their patience health and I don't know how many times I have called and asked to speak to a manager no one ever calls me back so I'm going to have to switch OBGYN but at this point I would like everyone to know that this practice is more concerned with money then they are with their patients. The sad thing is this isn't even for a service that was rendered. This was just a fee for a no-show and a no-show that I could not help because I got dizzy and had to go to the ** and I just forgot to call and cancel.

    Hello ******,I am sorry to hear about our oversight. You are quite correct in your observations that we should not have billed you the no show fee. We really do try to stay on top of these things. I am glad this matter was brought to my attention and we were able to make this go away. We really do try not to be a "horrible" practice, but as with all things in life, we do sometimes slip up.     Amazing experience. We love ****************, and both my mother and sister are patients.She is so knowledgeable and professional and also friendly and understanding, so all options are thoroughly explained so that you can make an informed decision. Appointments never feel rushed.

    I was very nervous to have my biopsy but the entire staff and ******************************* quickly put me at ease. They showed the upmost concern and making sure I was at ease by going over all the details of procedures and answering all questions and concerns I had while taking their time and making sure I was completely informed.************** was so great greeting my with her wonderful beside manor and smile!Thank you ************** and staff members at Faben Southpoint- you definitely went above and beyond!
