Full Circle Women's Care has repeatedly billed me incorrectly for services rendered. When I first became a patient, they provided me with a prepayment plan that included routine prenatal visits, delivery, and postpartum care. The estimated fees were $*******. They had me prepay for these services in the amount of $******. Then, at most appointments, they collected additional amounts, but refuse to provide receipts or explanations of what these charges are for. Upon delivery, they indicated their fees had increased to $*******, and that my portion had now increased to $*******. They never deducted the amount of $****** that I pre-paid from this, nor had they deducted an additional payments. I had also paid $***** and $****** on March 23, 2023, which then brought my amount down to $******* but they still had never deducted my initial or subsequent payments from 2022. Nor had they explained the changed. Then, they also decided to bill for a service they didn't show up for. They did not perform my delivery despite having hours notice. The provider who performed the delivery is also billing for those services so I am being double billed. In addition, they made me pay $351 as an advance payment for my son's circumcision, yet my insurance company is saying that I have a $0 responsibility as this is a fully covered service, but Full Circle is refusing reimbursement. The amounts I have already paid need to be deducted from this. They've also sent me to collections because they did not like that I wanted answers. They need to retract this from collections, adjust to the appropriate amount, stop billing for services they did not perform, and fix this immediately.

Here is a summary of some of the payments I've made to Full Circle. You'll notice they excluded several payments, including two that they provided on the more recent bill, my initial payment, as well as the circumcision payment.
