I paid to take RN CEU courses with immediate reporting to CE Broker. After having completed 6 courses, none have been reported. The online chat feature is disabled. The phone number provided on the website is a voicemail with no way to leave a message.Initial Complaint

I paid $17 to FloridaNursingCEU.com for an unlimited membership to renew my nursing license on 8/8/2023. I took several courses, but then was unable to log into the site for more. The phone number also had a recording stating to leave messages on the website, which I cannot access. The CE Broker employee states the Relationship Marketing LLC took over the information from FloridaNursingCEU, but the number just rings busy. I took the 3-credit course of Florida Laws and Rules on 8/8/23 and passed, but that was not recorded to CE Broker. This is not good news; if I have to sign up for another company to re-take the Florida Laws and Rules, they need to refund my money. Can you assist? The phone for FloridaNursingCEU is ************, and for Relationship Marketing is ************. Please warn nurses not to trust these folks!Initial Complaint

Transaction September 2022. Advertised as Florida Respiratory CEU website with direct reporting of CE credits to the CE broker used by the licensing and for Respiratory Therapists as well as other healthcare roles. Upon completion of the continuing education courses I went to report for license renewal and was told the ******** did not cover Respiratory CE approval. I have tried numerous times to "live chat" which has 100% of the time said "unavailable" so I typed a message and my contact information with no response. I also found a phone number which has a message saying to use live chat and the number cannot take messages. I was charged 29.99. The website is either false, or extremely misleading. Maybe it is outdated but continues to take peoples payments? It says it is an LLC by Relationship Marketing. FloridarespiratoryCEU.comInitial Complaint

I purchased the Nursing CEU's for $17.99 and completed them in order for me to renew my nursing license that is due to renew on July 31, 2022. According to their website, they do automatic updates to CE Broker and state "Provider reports within 24 hours". I completed the earliest ones on July 3, 2022 and as of today July 8, 2022 they still have not been updated into CE Broker. I called on Tuesday July 5, 2022 and was told that there was an issue with them crossing over but it would be taken care of that day and to check back later that evening. Well I did and it is still not showing up and I tried to do a live chat and asked to speak to someone in person and they disconnected me. I have been trying to call all day yesterday, they will not answer the phone and you cannot leave a message and I have been trying to live chat again and they keep rejecting my live chat. At this point, I want my money back! I will have to pay for CEU's with a different provider, and I do not want this company to profit off me. They are ripping nurses off and not following through with there promise of reporting the CEU's. This is my License on the line for them to be playing games with me.Initial Complaint

I am a Florida RN who chose this company to complete my mandatory CEUs. After finishing a few classes, I went to the site to work on more and my computer told me that my personal and credit card information could be stolen from the site and forced me to "return to safety". I called the company who told me that they "were working on it" and I could return to the site in 2 days. After the two days, I attempted to go back, and the same thing happened. I called the company again, but this time a machine answered and told me that there were people ready to "chat" on the website 12 hours a day and to get in touch that way. Then the message stated that I could not leave a message at the number. Of course, I left a message anyway but did not get a return call. Again, I waited a few days and attempted to get on the site, but it is still unavailable. I paid to get my CEUs through this site and now I cannot get them and cannot reach the company. I also have to pay another provider to finish my education so that I do not lose my license! I want others to know not to utilize this site for their CEUs and also want them to be penalized for causing this frustration to innumerable professionals. I would not mind getting my money back either. Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do for this to be taken care of. I would also like to be notified if you are able to reach the company and get some answers. Thank you for your time. ******* ******* **** **
