    I placed an order on August 17th and they have terms that orders may take 6 weeks to ship but it's November 21st now and I've received no update about the shipment or progress of my order. I've emailed them twice and messaged them on ********* and have gotten no reply back.

    Seek Jesus is a company selling Christian apparel. I ordered a mystery box of 3 items and paid on August 12th with my ***** account. I received the receipt for the Seek Jesus Mysery Box (M/3items) for 70.00. ( I had a coupon code so it cost me 67.04) Order #******. On August 13, I received an email saying A shipment from order #****** is on the way in the subject line. then in details it says your order is on the way. On August 17 I got an email saying it was delivered. When I opened it, it had a hat and a tshirt and that was it. Not three items and so I sent an email the next day to the seekjesus support asking where the rest of my order was. An automated reply comes back saying: ****** ** From: ******************** To: ***** *********** Sun, Aug 18 at 11:12 AM Hey ! As you may know, SEEK JESUS is ran by two people. Every single DM, customer service email, design created, order packed, etc........is done by us. Since every email & dm is replied to by us…. please give us 48 hours to reply to you. We work extremely hard to try to reply to everyone quickly, but sometimes we fall behind. Also check out the FAQ below. Thank you for supporting our small brand & helping us spread Christ through clothing. Love you all. God Bless- Seek Jesus Team so I waited till August 28th, 10 days as no one had reached out to me and no other package had arrived. I said I'd start a dispute if I didn't hear back. I got another automated reply with the same exact response saying someone would get back to me. It is now 09/04 and no one has replied and I don't know how to get a refund on a ***** payment and I feel as if I've been scammed by what I thought was a really good Christian company. They shouldn't be allowed to own that business name treating people this way.

    I placed an order online, received confirmation for order #******. My ordered shipped on 28-Jun-2024 Tracking # ******************************. There has been no update from the tracking # and I have reached out via email and social media for an order update. This is the second time I have order from them. I did not have an issues the first time.

    I purchase merchandise from this company. A day after receiving the merchandise I requested a return authorization code for my order. Twenty-one days later I still have not received the authorization requested. I noticed that the email listed on the website is ******************** which I am not confident is correct. I also sent them an email with a .com extension to ensure that it will be received. There are no other ways to communicate with this company. I have three shipments from them and I can't receive the return authorization from the company.

    I purchased a bracelet and have received no further emails about when it will be delivered or if the order was canceled/delayed. I placed this order a whole month ago. I have tried to email them multiple times and received no response. I have also tried to contact them via social media but have received no response. My account was charged the amount for the bracelet but I have received no other communication from them.

    I ordered a pair of sweatpants with their logo on them for $55.. I received a pair of plain sweat shorts, completely wrong item.. I immediately contacted them through email and ********* asking to be sent the correct item.. they never answered for weeks.. I contacted them every day at least once.. after telling them I’m contacting my credit card company they finally responded saying they’ll send me a return label.. I never received a return label.. I kept contacting them asking for them to at least send the correct item.. they responded saying they’ll send a return label… no label ever sent.. I diluted the charge with my credit card company and they said Seek Jesus claims they sent the correct item.. I have photos of the wrong item I received.. no refund.. no return label.. just lies. Unfortunately before I received this incorrect item I had made a second purchase and also received the wrong item.. and from reading other reviews unfortunately too late, this is their deal.. they either don’t send you anything or they ship some random item.. they don’t answer emails in a timely manner and don’t have any customer service.. terrible business practice hiding behind their religious name. I had to fight my credit card company for three months since Seek Jesus said they sent the correct items.. which they did NOT.. it’s a trend for them.. shady fraudulent company

    I placed an order with this business through an affiliate application process. At submission of my order for one light blue hoodie sweatshirt, I was given an offer to purchase a subsequent sweatshirt at a heavily discounted price. I opted to add that item to my order. Order was placed at the beginning of Sept. 2023. The confirmation email assured shipping within 6 weeks as items were "made to order". By the end of October I had still not received my items OR any response/acknowledgment from the multiple attempts to contact the retailer through various means. By mid-Nov 2023 when the shipment finally showed up, there was the add-on purchase black sweatshirt, but the blue hoodie I ordered was NOT in the shipment. There was a sweatshirt in there but not what I ordered. I contacted the retailer MULTIPLE times (again through various channels) to initiate a return as I did NOT WANT OR ORDER the other item received. By mid-December 2023, I gave up attempting to contact and filed a dispute through my bank to help make contact with the business to remedy my order and return the item that was not ordered and request replacement of the ACTUAL item ordered! The judgement came in and apparently the retailer claimed they sent me exactly what I ordered and that the return/refund was unfounded. So as of today, February 1, 2024 I have still had ZERO response/acknowledgment from retailer, I still don't have the item I ordered and I've now paid for it a second time! They clearly have no interest in customer service or ethical business practices as they continue to email with "sales" & promos. They've exhibited poor business practice with NO regard for the customer or purchase once they've captured payment. Furthermore, there's no actual phone number anywhere to physically call and speak to someone, which seems scammy. I wonder how many others have had this experience but if it's only $50 or so, the individual just "writes it off" and the retailer keeps the money and products!?

    I placed a high dollar amount order with Seek Jesus LLC. My order was shorted one out of the two Stanly mugs. I have made several attempts to resolve with the company. They finally replied after several weeks and told me my item had been on backorder but had now been received and that it should ship to me soon. I still have not received it so I emailed again, this time they told me that I received the item on December 4th, 2023. I received all but the one item that was on backorder. I have requested either a full refund or ship my item that I paid for. Their site says they respond within 48 hours and yet a person never hears back for weeks. No contact phone number at all for this company. How long can they keep getting away with ripping people off? My total order was around $179.00. This company owes me $31.00 for the missing item from my order. I have supplied my receipts and order summary to this company twice!

    I purchased a pair of shorts in a size medium from this company on November 23rd. My order number was #*****. When I received the order on December 4th, they sent me a large instead of a medium. I reached out to the email address on file to let them know what happened. I sent it to ******************** which is the email address provided to reach out to if support is needed. I sent the first email on December 4th and heard nothing. Sent a follow up on December 7th, heard nothing. Sent another follow up on December 11th with no response, and just sent another one on December 15th. I also sent them a direct message on ********* on December 9th and on December 12th. The company has been completely unresponsive. I just need for them to send me the size that I ordered
