On 10/4/22 I signed up for a video consult with Dr B. The consult lasted approx 10-15 min and where I described my workload, my stress and my focus. She prescribed me 18mg of a similar product to adderol. When I called back over a month later for a refill I had to pay an additional on ak $150 for a new consult and was prescribed a higher dose. The dose and the script were unable to be filled by the local pharmacist and I was told it was on back order. They weren’t sure when they’d receive. When I called doctor to inquire about an alternate medication, I was met with a woman on the other line with crying kids in the background and told I need to book another appointment to speak to the doctor. I stated I was not going to pay an additional appt fee of $150 just to get a new med prescribed. I was hung up on the next three times calling where I then left a voicemail advising against their behavior and the solicitation of more money and that is report the solicitation. I was immediately called by the doctor and told she’d write me a script and call it I immediately. I waited three days until 11/25 to get the script and was told by the pharmacist no call was ever made. I then called the doctors office and the same lady told me I’d been dismissed and I have no business calling their office again before she immediately hung up on me. I spent an initial $350 for the first consult and $150 for the second and have been treated very poorly by a business that has no business soliciting money and treating their clients poorly.
