    Merchandise/Service and return of Refund not received: On 06/21/2022 I ordered a replacement HVAC system for my home. The Unit was a Goodman Heat Pump Split System Package Unit, ****** ********** AHU Model; ARI matching AH, Seer: 14 Tonnage: 3.0 the total cost $ 5,663.22. Installation expected 06/24/2022. Payment terms: 50% Deposit 50% when Systems installed. I paid a deposit of $ 2,831.61, on 06/21/2022. But on 06/24/2022, no one showed up for the installation and no phone call from the office, I called to find out what is going on That they were tired up on another job and that they would call me back. But those types of put-offs continue for the next 7 days after which I when to the Office to talk with them MS Dana Holt was there, at that time revealed they are having problems getting the Units. She could not put a time on when they would be able. to take care of my install. Sence you cannot take of me, then I have no chose but to cancel my order and get back my deposit. MS Dana said she would tell the Owner and would call me later, that was on Friday 07/01/2022, she did call on Monday 07/04/2022 and Said I was due a deposit refund and did I want to come by the Office to pit it up or if I wanted to credit back to my credit card. I answered credit it back to my card. But I have not received refund of any kind.     Got a final notice customer had made a complaint. I was trying to respond to the complaint has been resolved. It was a refund just some miscommunication was given them a refund back for a deposit of the unit so anyways, but I was gonna respond to it.
