    I had ****************** install a new Daikin Fit system yesterday and everything went very smoothly. The installers Eddwing and ****** were very professional and did a fantastic job. I ended up having an issue with the new thermostat and Eddwing came back out, after hours, and installed a new one that same night. I really apricate that level of customer care. After getting three estimates for a new air conditioning system, I felt that ***** at ********** gave me a very competitive quote up front on a superior invertor system, that was only marginally more that the other single & double stage systems from the other companies. And on top of that, the warranty I received was substantially better than any of the other quotes (12 yrs ************** So one day into my new system, I am thrilled and appreciate the overall professionalism of **********.

    We have been with Waychoffs for a long time. We have always been happy with the service and the outcome. Living in **, you must take care of your AC! That means maintain the monthly routine and have Waychoffs perform the necessary checkup, before the problem starts. Great job!

    I purchased my A/C from ******** and the service has been outstanding. Follow-up is great, whether annual maintenance or a quick repair. I have the maintenance contract and it is well worth it. The technicians, ***** recently, and ***** are very thorough and knowledgeable. I recommend them to everyone and will only have them maintain and replace my units.

    Ripped Off in an Emergency: My Costly Experience with ********** Air Conditioning In the sweltering heat of summer, our air conditioner failed, leaving us desperate for a quick fix. We turned to ********** Air Conditioning for help, only to be hit with an eye-watering labor charge of nearly $1000 for replacing the blower motor assembly. Despite being informed of the cost upfront, we had no choice but to proceed due to the emergency. The diagnostics took just an hour, and the actual work only took an hour and a half. This was a slide out slide in component with electrical connections. Here's why I feel completely ripped off...**Pros:**- The technician was punctual and professional.- The physical replacement was completed in short duration.**Cons:**- The labor cost was significantly higher than expected. After researching, I found that the average labor cost for this service typically ranges from $200 to $400, with some cases going up to $410. Being charged almost $1000 feels unreasonable, unjustified, unethical, and downright corrupt!- When I requested a detailed breakdown of the charges, the explanation provided was vague and did not justify the high ******* addition to the high cost, the lead time for the replacement part was a week! Same-day service does not mean it will be fixed that day!Overall, while the service itself was satisfactory, the exorbitant labor charges left us ripped off. I would highly advise others to get detailed quotes from other companies, compare prices between them, before committing to services, and steer clear from any company called ************************ Conditioning Florida Lic# CAC1813879

    I was having issue with water coming through the floors. West came out temp fixed the problem with the ** because that was the cause of leak. He was very professional, took his shoes off at the door and got the Ac back up and running. I really look forward to working with the company.

    On August 9, 2024, my AC blower motor went out 2 years after a new Carrier HVAC was installed. I called ******* and they advised that it would be 3-5 business days to get the replacement motor. After having to spend multiple nights in a hotel due to the heat (the temperatures got up to 92 degrees in the house), I called Waycoff on August 19th and was told the motor was in and a technician would install between 8 am and Noon the following day. When no one showed that morning, I called Waycoff again and was told that I didn't have an appointment and the motor was not in! I was told that the blower was suppose to be available in ****** FL but it is no longer available and that it would be 112 days before a motor could be obtained! This was after waiting 12 days with no service and no motor! During this time, I called 4 times and asked for a return call from a manager and never received a return call! On that 12th day, out of shear desperation, I called an authorized Carrier dealer at 5:30 pm. They called back within the hour and told me they would be out to replace the blower motor tomorrow! Great service from that company .... no service from *******! We were leaving the following day (August 22nd) for an out-of-state trip and were called after leaving the state by ******* and advised the blower motor was in and it could be installed the following day! Obviously, it was no longer needed and we weren't at home anyway. Based upon this incredibly poor service, this company does not get my recommendation and I will never use them again.

    we used this company for maintenance and repair. Come to find out they never serviced our ac properly nor maintained it to proper standards, Which left us having to buy a $14,000 new ac unit. Do not trust this company for their word
