    New roof replaced by NEXGEN Roofing and interior of home repaired. Over 103K was paid and roof continues to leak (3 times since installed). Roof requires repair.     We received notification of an active leak at 10:36 am and had a manager follow up at 11:25 am to schedule a time with the tenant. Given the influx in calls from Tropical ********************* we would appreciate your consideration and understanding in the matter. You were prioritized given your status as a previous customer.

    Unfortunately, it is a common occurrence after a roofing replacement that inclement weather can expose areas that need additional attention. We pride ourselves on addressing these concerns with the utmost urgency.

    I am unclear as to why the claim is now classified as closed as no external nor internal repairs have been performed. Please advise.
