      I am giving 0 stars for MBB. They charged me $462.00 for an annual mammogram. Due to this astronomical charge, I will NEVER GET A MAMMOGRAM AGAIN.

      Did not send bill to my insurance even though the service they provided was in the same hospital that was easily able to bill my insurance. Actually, I have NEVER had a medical bill sent DIRECTLY to me. Due date for the bill to be paid is 1/12/2025 ($1,471 from a single scan) and the company told me TODAY AS OF 12/27/2024 to not worry about the bill since they are NOW AFTER I CALLED THEM sending it to my insurance. I asked for an email or receipt stating this and was denied - so I've got a company known for scamming people telling me that it will no longer be due 1/12/2025 by ME! If there is any games about to be played with me your company is DONE FOR, I have built my credit for 6 years and I will not allow a ******* company to take advantage of me - I can't WAIT to see you guys try to mess with my money !!!! Couldn't even get a receipt via email or ANYTHING confirming what the company was telling me, this is a joke ! This review will go down if the company actually does their job correctly and doesn't try to f*** me over ! Happy New Years!

      On 10/1/24 I received a bill stating "final bill, sending to collections". This is the first and only bill. Called the number on the bill and was told this is now under review, Should hear back within ***** business day. Was told I should get my $500,00 back. Called back on 11/6/24 to check on this and was told to wait another ***** day. Asked for a supervisor and was told this will be expedited to ***** hour resolution then the call went to "are you there, are you still there" for a few minutes then they hung up. Called same number on 11/18/24 and was told to wait ***** days. Asked for a supervisor and got "are you there, are you still there" for a few minutes and then they hung up. I do not owe them anything and am worried about my credit rating. Is there anything I can do about this?

      I am the Personal Representative for a family member and this complaint is against Radiology Associates of Florida and their parent company MBB Radiology. On 2/23/24 Radiology Associates of Florida advised me they would submit a $2526 bill to Medicare for services at Sarasota Memorial Hospital on 11/29/23. After nearly four months without any further statement or information from the provider, I called Radiology Associates of Florida on 6/10/24 to inquire about the status of the Medicare claim and current balance. An "escalation supervisor" told that it was still pending and Medicare had not responded. I immediately called Medicare and they advised there is no record of any claim by Radiology Associates of Florida, MBB Radiology, or any other radiologist around the service date of 11/29/23. Furthermore, there are no claim amounts of $504, $139, $1021, or $862. I called Radiology Associates of Florida back and another escalation supervisor admitted that no claim has been submitted. Not only did this company fail to submit the claim on 2/23/24, they lied to me on 6/10/24 by saying the claim was still pending. If I hadn't called Medicare, more delays would have ensued. The delay in settling this open invoice is preventing me from fulfilling my fiduciary obligation, closing the estate, and making final distributions to beneficiaries. This business needs to be held accountable for failing to submit insurance claims and for lying to customers. ****** ***** Sarasota, FL

      MBB is a life and money saver! I had an X-ray read by my pcp who found nothing. I went to hospital where MBB read the exam and found a fracture. Without them it would have been left untreated. My insurance tried to get out of paying, so I got in touch with their client relations. She ensured a thorough review of my claim was done and the phenomenal team at MBB appealed on my behalf so I had no out of pocket. I highly recommend being treated at a facility in the area who uses MBB for radiology. They are the best!

      I think this company is taking advantage of senior citizens on ************ They are OUT OF NETWORK, for almost all plans, YET, they do the radiology work for so many hospitals, urgent care locations etc. So EVEN IF YOU ASK, where you are having your work done if THEY are in Network, it really makes NO DIFFERENCE, UNLESS, you ASK if ALL OF THEIR CONTRACTORS ARE IN NETWORK!! And they know this at **** *********************************************** senior citizens will just pay the bill that comes vs. checking to see if they should, AND that before that, we all ASK if someone is in network, but do not ENSURE THAT ALL OF THEIR CONTRACTORS ARE IN NETWORK!!! So shame on you ************* & Brooks!!!!! I WILL NOW ASK EVERYWHERE I GO IF YOU ARE BEING USED AND WILL NEVER PAY FOR YOU AGAIN........BEWARE ******** CUSTOMERS......

      I received a charity write off from the hospital that ordered imaging, so I emailed and faxed the required documents to the business 6 times over the course of 1.5 years so they could process the charity payment. For over 18 months they refused to process my application, very intentionally.Their customer support are strictly required to never allow you to talk to a supervisor, regardless of when you call. I set up appointments and left messages and never once in 18 months received a call from a supervisor.First they required a form that wasn't provided, when I contacted the hospital they stated that it wasn't required and they wouldn't provide it. MBB refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor, and this wasn't cleared up for months, all the while holding my account hostage.Then they stated the hospitals provided documents were inadequate, often citing that the percentage the charity applied wasn't included, even though it clearly listed to the total charges and total charity applied. They wanted the hospital to simply divide these numbers against one another and held my account hostage in the meantime. The hospital refused to provide this as a financial rep stated they had never once been asked to provide this but a financial supervisor offered to call them to clear this up. They then refused to allow her to speak on behalf of my account, claiming the address didn't match my account. They had been sending me letters to the provided address for 18 months. In a conference call, they later confirmed they had the correct information the entire time and avoided providing a reason why they would have denied us.It took me relying on the hospital to conference call multiple times to get a straight answer with me. Even during these calls with hospital management, they refused to put a supervisor on the line.They avoided processing my application for 18 months, and when they finally did, no new information was required to do so despite them constantly asking 4 more

      HI **************** It is MBB Radiology and ************ practice to require the charity letters from the facility in order to approve or provide charity on a Radiology bill. I do show that this was received and scanned to the account on 07/07/2023. Then a call was placed to the facility to verify how much charity/discount was provided. I am sorry for any inconvenience that this might have caused. I have also escalated to patient experience leadership to review your calls and provide a call back to you.

      I inadvertently paid $347.00 for services received in September which my insurance eventually covered. I have sent several EMAILS, with no response, asking for a refund. I have also made several calls requesting a refund. Still no refund. I already filed a complaint to the *** at ftc.gov to report this outfit's unscrupulous business practices. Next week I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Florida State Attorney General.

      This company is what I would call absolute fraud! I have ******** AND a supplement! This company ACCEPTS ******** AND my supplement. Once a company accepts ******** they can NOT bill you for more than ******** would pay them. I have great insurance and all I pay for is ****** per year for out of pocket expense. I was treated at Baptist medical. I am SO disappointed in Baptist medical! They can't explain to me how this happened! They NEED to FIRE MMB and find another company that has customer service WITHIN the US that can speak GOOD English! You simply CAN'T contact the offices in ************! What are they afraid of? It is quite apparent they they billed ******** incorrectly and are coming back on me! My bill is for a chest x-ray taken INSIDE of Baptist medical. ******. They have turned me over to collections. Well, I will just deal with it on my credit score because I will NOT pay MMB!

      About 2 months ago I got a text from this MBB saying I owed $50.29 and bill was past due; I ignored it because ain't no way I'm anything from just a text from a company that I'm not aware of. Well, about a month later I received a paper statement in the mail informing that I owe the $50.29. I decided to verify by going to my health insurance website and I verified that it's a legitimate radiology company that serviced me when I went to ******* hospital in the first part of this year. So, last month I paid $30.29 of it via a check. I sent the last $20 4 days ago via another check. While checking to see if check had posted I began wondering and can't find their phone number I had. Upon doing internet search for the company I see this horrible rating (1.1 out of 142 reviews) and the Fed sued them for over a million dollars for healthcare fraud 2 years ago. So, now I'm more suspicious of the company, right? Well. delving back into the Explanation of Benefits Statement from my insurance company of where it paid them, my amount owed out of pocket was zero.
