I ******** ******* reached out to Tax Defense network for state tax issues i spoke with an Analyst Max ******** he got me approved to get help with a monthly payment of $200.61. after a month of speaking with Max the state of Alabama garnished my wages i called Mr. ******** back to tell him i recieved a letter from the State of Alabama stating that a garnishee towards my employer will be sent garnishing my wages starting August 27, 2021. I still continued to have to pay Tax Defense for service along with the garnishment of my wages. when i spoke with Mr. ******** he stated that they started off conversating with the State of Georgia that he was getting right on it and after a week i called back he said that he spoke with them everything should be ok after a few weeks. when i spoke to him on October 8, 2021 i was told that should be the last garnish of my wages and that he was working on getting my moneyback due to financial hardship. Again on the 22nd of October 2021 i was garnished again after paying them $200.61 for their service to be told by another rep that Alabama was not going to negociate that once i been garnish there was no way to stop it that it was going to continue. I,ve been given false information about my case and how it was handled when i called to speak with someone its always we just recieved information. This has been the most painful and stressful situation to reach out for help and being told lies to every time lying about a process they never started on just to recieve my money every month. I want a refund for a service that i never recieved.Business response
