    I needed a tow so I contacted my insurance. They got me this towing service, Adkison Towing. Once I arrived to my destination, the tower tells me that I have to pay $57.75 and that my insurance will cover the rest. He then calls a lady and puts her on speaker so that I can give her my card details. I found that very odd but he said he didn’t have a credit card machine. So I gave her my card details and was successfully charged $57.75. Then today, June 26th, I get an email saying that my account is negative. I investigate and see that Adkison Towing has updated the amount to $115.50. I was furious. This was NOT the agreed upon amount. I call them and it’s a whole thing because the manager tells me he only sees a charge for $57.75 to my card. This is incorrect because I have a charge from them of $115.50 and sent him a screenshot of the charge on my bank statement to prove it. He still says that he doesn’t believe me and can’t see the charge. He tells me to call him tomorrow morning but he doubt it’ll change. I am so furious because I can’t afford to wait for a refund. How can someone treat their customers like this?! This is ridiculous and I need my refund immediately!
