I reached out to Elite Towing in ******** **** ** ********** for a tow of my Chevy Tahoe to the Nimnicht Dealership for repairs. The truck arrived promptly to tow the truck and was a pretty decent guy. I removed my items and children form my vehicle and I cut off all lights in the vehicle. And press the alarm button to make sure all lights went out. However, he stated he needed the key to tow it so I gave him the keys to the car. I went inside the Walmart to get cash to pay him. He had the car loaded by the time I came out and I noticed the lights were on. I then asked him did the lights need to be on for him to tow it; in which he stated they should go out shortly and he pulled off. However, I received several onstar alerts regarding my battery and when the dealership called me the next morning the battery was completely dead and I needed to buy a new one before they even got to the real issue of my car. When I tried calling the towing company I spoke to her about the invoice and told her about the issue and she said the driver hadn’t got in yet and she would call me after they spoke. However, I had to call several times and she stated that he said my lights were on auto. She said she was going to speak to the supervisor and then stopped answering my calls.
