July 25, 2024 ***** ***** come to my home for an estimate the previous week. I noted that he took no images nor measurements. Arrived at 3:30 left at after 8 pm. Job was for professional mount of TV in enclosed patio and Fan install with light electrical work. ***** used a line from the fan to the circuit box and placed a band around the .5 round concealer using drywall screws into a black super gutter. There is no drywall on the patio. He installed a second box using anchors but the anchors do not work and the location of the box prevents the TV from moving properly. The circuit box can be pulled from the wall with no effort. The TV mount was installed at a slant, which compromised how the mount worked. The TV mount was also installed without the manufacturer's included concrete blook anchor and lag screws (see image). He returned today 7/30 at 9:20 am, appt window 7 to 8 am. He removed the TV & mount, which is where I discovered that there were multiple attempts. A total of 3 holes. I showed him the bag where he didn't use the provided anchor/screws. He said he needed to use his own screws because he would not purchase the drill bit needed for job. I read the instructions to him, "drill for anchor but not for the screws". He said he would not follow the manufacturer's instructions and that I could not tell him what to do. The agreement for his return was that he would correct issues and defer to the unnamed owner if I was not satisfied. After he continued to try to drill in the concrete, I asked politely that he stop and have the owner contact me. When I attempted to leave a message via ** *********, which is how I had been communicating with the business, I was blocked. The amount of the invoice was $345. I paid a $30 estimate fee and then gave him $320 7/25. The TV and mount were removed from the wall, the circuit box remains lose, 2 drywall nails remain in my gutter, and the fan still works backwards. I will need to pay someone else to do this job.

Hello, we aren’t aware of this client at all. So maybe she has the wrong company/ person. Did she get an ID on the person? Do she have any ID to verify who she spoke with and who done this job for her? Maybe that will help her find the company that did this job
