On 9/25 I purchased a 2016 ******** S600. On 9/27 Vehicle had to be towed to the nearest dealership due to no electronics responding. Warranty and *********** will not cover the damage because they are pre existing (reports on hand). Drive Line LLc has refused to pay or consider receiving the vehicle for diagnostics. I traded in a 2021 **** ****** and cashier check of 25K. I have good reason to believe I am a victim of fraud. Drive line did not disclose prior damage. I am 100 disabled veteran that has been a victim of a terrible consumer purchase. I am seeking legal representation. Vehicle is still at Savannah Critz. ********. It has not been registered. I need help.

*********** adjusters finding pre-existing damage. Vehicle was just purchased 48 hours prior

      Dear Sir,

You personally picked up the vehicle after test driving, negotiation and signing the paperwork. You drove the vehicle from our lot during an ACTIVE HURRICANE. Vehicle got messed up and you have taken the car to another shop. We offered to have the car looked at and repaired at a severe discount but you are refusing to reason with us. We have attempted to help you but you chose to be aggressively rude and demanding. If you would like to try again and be kind about it, we have no problem helping you. You have also stopped the registration process which is unheard of. We had to spend hours on the phone with the *** and send the package again overnight which cost money. So, your upper hand move was very difficult to resolve. Now that you no longer have upper hand, I suggest that you speak to us with respect and let’s try to resolve your problem. Refund on the car that was running when you bought it and now is not is absolutely out of the question. Thank you.

We have told the customer to bring the car to us so we can help resolve the problem. Since the damages occurred during hurricane, return is not an option. Standing by for customer to agree or not. Not much to discuss.

I’m the one that has not had the vehicle, but somehow the dealership feels that I’m blackmailing them. I have never had any experience like this.

Vehicle is registered. I believe the dealership sold me a car with prior damage. I have no desire to return the vehicle to them for repairs.

The vehicle had to be towed to Critz ******** it has been there since 9/27. It is still completely undrivable. I live 2 1/2 hours away. I’m already out thousands of dollars and do not have the financial means to ship a vehicle. This does not appear to be good business in any manner.

Finance manager charged the price of a vehicle upon signing contract. The asking price of the vehicle was $14888 but changed to $17,190 when signing the contract stating the price difference is banking fees. The bank stated it wasn’t their fees but the fees for the dealer.

May '2023 2014 Tesla Model S Saw Car online...with pictures it shows 220 Volt Charger Cable in the Trunk. When I purchased the Car from DriveLine in Jacksonville, Florida and drove back to Mississippi I noticed the Charger Cable wasn't in the trunk. I called them on several occasions and they lied several times about shipping the Charger Cable to me....I never received Charger Cable because they never shipped it to me. Still waiting. No Tracking Number.... These people at the Drive Line LLC Dealership are liars and really don't care about Customer Service. As I promised the guy ***** *** *** **** ***** (yes I'm CALLING YOU OUT) that works there I was going to give them a bad review as promised. Done!!! LIARS!

Charging cables were never removed. Check with your transportation company. We don’t have the need for your cables my man. And had you paid full price for the car you would have received free cables no problem. But you skinned the deal to a loss and now you want more. Sorry pal.
