      I have been working with the company for 3 yrs. I needed up having to leave the company due to none pay. This situation does not only apply to me but to several others who have also left the company. Every time I address the fact that I work and they owe me for 2 months on 17hr 5 days a week 40 hrs a week the excuse that I get is that the doctors will take care of all of us that have not got paid now I have been away from the company for a month and and wk now and still have not seen my pay this is absolutely unacceptable and I dont feel like dr ********************** should be Im business is he will not be paying his employees including my self. Enough is enough and the excuses need to go out the window. Name of the since corporate left them they have gone through 3 other names but now under ********************** Optical.

      December 2023 I took my glasses back to get corrected since they were not correct, I was told they would reach back out when the glasses came back in for me to come and pick them up. I have called and called with no response, it is now July I have no glasses and it looks like the store is now closing down.

      Ordered glasses an havent received them for my husband or myself its been over 1 month am the were supposed to be ready in 2 weeks because its affecting my job would like refund on my vision plan an also want my money returned so I can go elsewhere I have tried numerous time to talk to them with no solution

      A week prior to 5/20/2024, I took my prescription glasses to to be repaired,and on my return 5/20/2024, ***** Optical / Durante Optical loss my glasses and in return gave me a $350.00 dollar frame for $175.00 which included transition and everything that the glasses that they loss. So on 6/17/2024, *****/Durante Optical couldn't find the replacement glasses which I paid the $175.00 dollars for; that is when they continued to give me the run-around and refused to reimburse me my money and the glasses that they loss. Whenever I try to contact them by phone, the calls go to voicemail to no avail. I feel that *****/Durante Optical owes me $175.00 dollars plus a replacement glasses for the one that they loss.

      I dropped off my eyeglass frames May 1, 2024 just to have new lenses installed. I was told I'd be called in a couple of weeks to pick them up. No charge since I gave them insurance information. It's been 5 weeks and I have no glasses. I went in person to inquire at the location and there is a very long wait to speak to anyone. Very many people with similar concerns. I want my frames back, I'll take them elsewhere.

      I paid $70 for eye glasses that did not work. I did not accept the glass. The glass are still at Durante Optical (***** Optical). They will not refund my money.

      Approximately seven weeks ago (April 3 estimate), I paid $100 in full for a pair of bifocal reading glasses. I am nearly blind but any of this may help. I've used ***** Optical in my past and had no issues until now. I'm 95 years old, now in assisted living, and trying to hold on to one thing (vision) that has not left me already. I honestly have very little left (hearing or physical abilities) at this stage. ****************** ************, ** office closed, and *********** moved to *******************. When I call their number, it refers me to ************* location, who then puts me on hold time and time again. I In line with many other reviews and complaints, mine is the same. Only I am very old, very frail, and not much left for me but a little bit of vision. I feel they took my money and participated in Fraud. More than getting my money back I want my glasses. I feel I'm now left with nothing, and no means to even travel to their supposed ************** office (which is now run by another doctor, so they are unafilliated). Please help? *****

      Ordered bought and paid for glasses, my insurance also paid, but glasses have not been delivered.. I'm a senior, I need these glasses .. I can't function without them, I call and call, no answers, no call back, going on three months , I want to state I have no problems with the doctor who was very nice and who I would recommend ... it is just the holdup on the delivery of the glasses from ***** optical

      We have resolved this issue by going there daily until we finally got them to issue us a full refund and copy of prescription and told them we have informed our insurance carrier that we did not receive the glasses that their company has already reimbursed them for.       on April 7, 2024, I went to Cohens Optical for a eye exam. I purchase my own frames from another company. I was told that my glasses would be ready for pickup in 2 weeks. Its May 10, 2024, and I did not receive my glasses back. I called and no one could find my Frames i went to the store and waited for TWO HOURS for them to tell me they have no update and that they couldn't find my Frames. a few days later the Manager ***** called me stated that she found my frames she describes it I promise it will be ready for pick the following week. it's been two weeks since she made that statement i still do not have my frames back. at this point i requested to have my frames return so i can go to a different Eye Doctor.
