Ordered an item many months ago using my credit card and this company keeps sending me knifes that I did not order and they keep charging them to my credit card. Unsolicited transactions 9/17/24, 10/17/24 and 11/17/24. These dates are when the charges hit my bank account, total charges $117.00. Trying to call this company is rediculous, I have tried numerous different times of the day and night and the only thing you get is a message telling you to send an email to customer service. So I did that after the 10/17 charge and never received an answer back. I have even checked my spam folder and nothing from them. This company needs to be penalized for what they do to people.Business Response

On July 16, 2024 I ordered the ***** Yard signs advertised on a conservative TV station. Web site was very confusing and I inadvertently left a box pre-checked for a knife. The site wouldn't let me charge the order so I accepted the fact that I would get one knife, not a recurring order of knives. I received the signs and knife and my credit card was charged and I paid it off. On August 16th I received another credit card charge for $49.00 and in a few days received a second knife. I tried calling company and their message said to email them, I did on August 22nd and received a confirmation of my email that said they would contact me within 48 hours. 3 weeks later and I have had no contact. I have sent more messages to Gunner via their website with no response. I do not want to be on a recurring monthly knife club or such and want all future orders to stop. I mainly want a response so I can make sure all future orders STOP. I feel their website was very misleading and deceptive. It used yard signs as a leader to sell more knives that were in fine print. Website did not allow me to review order or go back to change it.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I wish I had known about their 30 day return for full refund policy before the 30 days were up. Lesson learned: never order from unknown business featured on TV. (Was on Newsmax)

Ordered 2 FREE ***** Knives that were offered on a conservative TV outlet, (only pay S/H) so I tried calling their customer service number for weeks, it does not exist, it disconnects every time. I placed my order, rec'd email give 3-5 days to receive. I got the invoice, and it had charges on it I did not authorize. I went through H*** via their email to get those charges removed. Got another notification that my knives were given to someone else, and I would not get mine for weeks, maybe mid-end of August. Since then, rec'd an email some snarky *** cancelled my order and won't allow me to order these knives. I wanted to order an extra one, so a total of 3. They refuse to let me speak to someone. The address they give online is a residence, so is this company a scam? Did the owner who displays his address online take my **** information to steal money from me? Is this how they treat a customer? Is this how they treat a ***** Supporter? SHAME ON YOU! I want my knives.Business Response

BACK IN MY ACCOUNT UNTIL MY KNIVES SHIP, SCAMMERS!" Based on this, and
the increasingly hostile nature of your communications, we decided to
cancel and refund your order to protect our business and accommodate
your request.
We assure you that Gunner Gear operates with the utmost integrity. The
accusations of us being scammers or liars are completely unfounded. We
have not stolen your knives, nor have we been dishonest. Unfortunately,
we experienced a shipment delay, which set us back, but we have been
working diligently to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.
Given the multiple emails accusing us of fraud, we determined that
continuing this transaction was no longer in our best interest as a
small business. Your order has already been refunded.
We sincerely regret any frustration this has caused and appreciate your

I am rejecting this response because: All you keep sending me is their original response to my original complaint. This is the 5th or 6th time you have sent me the same thing over and over again and you have sent me nothing new. I want the charges removed from my account for products they clearly have stated they have no intention of sending me, so where and when am I going to get my **** Credited? They keep sending me text messages and/or emails wanting me to buy other products. ARE YOU KDDING ME?

A gunner gear weapon arrived in my mail box, addressed to me , on April 11, 2024. Ive never heard of this business. I did not make a purchase. I then reviewed my bank statement and saw they indeed charged me for this item on March 28, 2024. This is fraud! No one had access to my card. I am the only person to use my card. Ive called a total of 15 times. No one ever answers. Its just a recording. Cannot leave a message. Again, this is fraud.Business Response
