      I cancelled a membership with Gorilla Trades 11 months ago, and out of the blue they took over ******. This was unauthorized and fraud. I cancelled my membership and have NOT used any service from this company since I cancelled. Proof being, once you cancel uou don't have access. Full refund is required. I will be filing complaints with the FTC and any the Attorney General in Florida.

      It has been so many years since we’ve had a complaint that we didn’t realize it was a complaint email we received from BBB. We simply thought it was marketing material. However, with regard to this customer he called his credit card company on April 8th and and disputed the charge on his credit card. We told the bank to go ahead and give the customer a full refund. The customer has had a refund since April 8th. You may contact the customer to verify this and if they are still disputing it, we will get a copy of the chargeback from our bank for you. Anytime a customer asks for a refund, we issue it. We wish he would’ve contacted us before he had contacted you or the bank. We would’ve gladly given him a full refund at the time. As you can see by our record, we simply just don’t receive complaints. The customers always comes first at our company.
