I am a Distributor and Breeder. While I do get commissions from sales I will tell you it’s not my number 1 motivator. It’s simply a reward. My greatest motivator was having dogs that had less tartar on their teeth to clean, solid brown formed stool and vitality. The kibble is condensed nutrition and calories run approx 480 per cup which means your dogs get more power per cup. Now I will say just because I love LA doesn’t mean I push “this food or nothing else”. I have a few dogs here who just didn’t shine on this prepared diet. So I needed to find a diet that worked better for them. To say 1 kibble fits all is a bit reckless..I say this is a great prepared diet and the ingredients really do a dog well…for dogs that cant it’s ok..there is nothing wrong w your dog it just requires something different, less or more. I mean not every human can eat the same diet and not have any issues. We feed Life’s Abundance All Life Stages, Canned Crab and Shrimp as a yummy topper and Wellness Vitamin. Those that needed something different we are feeding Diamond Naturals Beef and Rice and supplementing w NuVet and Calcium Citrate as Diamond lacks the amount of calcium we prefer. Our elderly boy gets Purina Pro Plan Sensitive w Salmon and Rice and NuVet Plus along with his medication hidden in a spoonful of Crab and Shrimp canned food from Lifes Abundance. When we raise pups we are really loving Purina Pro Plan Puppy…..If you really want to get technical all dog foods are commission based…Big Box stores mark up to retail price and sell to you…so in reality someone is always going to make money from a dog food sale wether it’s Purina or Lifes Abundance.

Our breeder recommended Life’s Abundance for our golden doodle. The vet concurred with our choice of pet food(there are sooo many choices). Our dog loves the dog food and the tasty rewards for training. The customer service has been excellent. We have no complaints and only praise for Life’s Abundance dog food.

I've been a breeder and exhibitor for 37 years of AKC Labrador Retrievers. At the beginning I let clients pick a food. I got so tired of calls about "bad bad breeder, my dog has allergies" and then they proceeded to tell me the ******* junk dog food they were feeding giving their dog skin and other allergies. Once I started to REQUIRE a food, the only one (I research and love to study canine nutrition--vets don't get this education in vet school), and I knew L.A. was the only one I could feed--I could talk directly to the developer, veterinarians at the company, and anyone at all--all have been available to speak--always. Now I no longer get the phone calls about "my dog has allergies" from the food. Not one recall in over 20 years. Sorry, I don't know of a dog food company that can say that. I'm staying with what is safe and healthy for my dogs!!!
