    Ordered shoes and they came with destroyed: box that was soaking wet damaging the shoes and covering them in ants. There was a whole through the bag and shoes were exposed to elements. Requested refund and provided pictures seller insisted on me returning the new unworn shoes only way I would receive refund. After not responding for over 4 days when I was asking how we could handle. Was not going to keep the wet shoes with bugs on it inside my house. Not my problem the seller did secure the package correctly. The customer service was terrible and they were not willing to help at all. Typing in all caps being extremely rude. If they would have worked with me a little either offering a partial refund or new shoes that would have been fine but no help at all.

    this scumbag was sent a brand new pair of shoes. claiming that they arrived wet and full of ants. we were sent pics of the box.. all the pics sent are of an empty box. we asked for pics of the shoes and was told he could not send pics of the shoes as he tossed them out because there were ants on them. and is requesting we refund his money which is not happening. according to him the shoes had ants on them so he took the shoes out of the box tossed the shoes and kept the box for pics. he reached out to ** after the fact. If he wants a refund then he needs to return back to ** the brand new pair of shoes he was sent.

    I am rejecting this response because: I reached out immediately to let them know the shoes where damaged. I sent pics of shoes and box. No response for four days. The shoes were ruined to begin with. SKATESUSA handled the complaint extremely poorly and like a child. No help or even apologizing for the problem.  already handled with credit card company. So I got full refund. Suede on shoes was Ruined and was not keeping them in my house when they have bugs.

    our return policy requires the item to be sent back. a person just saying there were ants so we tossed the item out and want a refund are not going to work. they were able to take pics of an empty box but no pics of the shoes.. sorry not happening..

    On 02/08/2023 I placed Order #*****. This order included Razors Genesys LE Aggressive Skates - Black in a size 13, for $259.95. I paid for 2 day delivery the fee was $16.32, however I received my shipment 3 days later on 02/11/2023. I am disputing the delivery fee since it was not delivered in time as guaranteed! I have reached out to the company via phone, email, and survey feedback with no response. This delay caused my item ordered for a birthday to be late, causing me to look awful.

    customer placed order on the 8th of Feb. NO place on our website does it state orders ship the same day that orders are placed or any kind of guaranteed delivery date. customers order was shipped on 9th and delivered on the 11th. customer received the service they paid for. waiting until the last minute to order and item and just expecting that we are going to  ship your order the same day. take responsibility for your mistakes instead of trying to blame everyone else.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    the website is giving false advertisement. If shipping method shows 2 business days, it should be delivered in 2 business days. Nowhere in the site as the imaging shows does it say there is a delay from the time the order is placed to the shipping date. So it leads the customers to have misleading information on shipping dates. If there was notice AT ANY TIME when ordering that the order make take time to process and ship may take a few days, that would be different. Poor expectations were set by the company false advertisement and misleading information is why I dispute and reject the response!

NO PLACE ON OUR WEBSITE DOES IT STATE YOUR ***** WILL SHIP THE SAME DAY AND IS GUARANTEED TO BE DELIVERED IN TWO DAYS FROM THE DATE THE ***** WAS PLACED.     I am rejecting this response because:

    I did make SEVERAL attempts to reach out to this company. *** attempted to reach them by phone from the number on the website, which juts stays all agents are busy to leave a message. I tried to email more than once, to no avail. This company has set misleading and false information for their customer! Instead of owning the issue, apologizing, and working towards a resolution they simply gaslight patrons. I still went by the information from THEIR WEBSITE, if anything was wrong or misleading it was from the expectations or lack there of about shipping and delivery. AGAIN they have nothing on the website that said there was a processing time before shipment. Had forever expectations been displayed about processing times to ship the delivery option would have been different to have delivered sooner. Im still disputing the shipping fee! As false and misleading information is on the website. Which is an awful business practice!!
