I purchased this business opportunity on September 15th, 2023 and have not gotten a response from the company. Their email is not working and I've left several messages on their phone with no response. They assured me they were still in business before I purchased, however, since I've paid the money I have not received any response or the business opportunity promised. Might be a scam.Business response

EMAIL WAS SENT TO CUSTOMER BUT INSTEAD HE OPENED THIS COMPLAINT
He started complaining on Monday even though we do not do sales business over the weekend.

I was out of the office over the weekend and yesterday for a mini vacation but back to work today. So i apologize for the delay. The terms of service form would have sent you to the next step of the build ticket which then is sent to the set up team and your site would have been completed even with me away. I am not sure why that didn't work for you. But lets work to get it done today and make your set up our priority.

We went through their site to purchase their program. We never could sign the documents required. We continued to try and reach them by phone and email but we have not received a response. Looking back, the link they sent us to pay through PayPal was not the Paypal website and they had signed us up on automatic payments. We have been trying to get our money back but they are not responding at all. We tried to find information but it doesn't seem that there is any reviews after 2019. Is this in business still? I believe it was hacked and others should be aware.Business response

I am very sorry we missed your sign up. I was in a serious accident and I am the only person in charge of new sign up and no one was able to access my emails to see you had joined. I sincerely apologize. I am sill catching up on a weeks worth of correspondences I missed. I saw your PayPal dispute and have of course granted the full refund. Best wishes in all you do.
