            We got into a contract on 11/14/2023 with this company (buyer) under a different understanding from them of what was going to happen. We then had to go back and forth, for many days, to get a correct Addendum to the contract. After what was agreed upon in the Addendum Contract was met on 12/2/2023, and they were unable to give us the money decided upon in that contract, they have taken almost a week to unlist our house from the **** Even though the contract is voided and there was no money transferred. And even though *********************, the *** of this company, told us himself that the house would be unlisted.This matter has caused us a great deal of added stress and unnecessary frustration to our family due to the unwillingness of ***** to do what he says he will do and drop the contract and unlist our house from the ****We cant move forward with continuing to sell our house until this is done and we can be finally finished dealing with ********************* and his company.

            They are total scammers. They tell you they will pay cash for your house. They go over the contract with you and then send it to DocuSign for you to sign and they change the contract that you sign. They tell you, you will have a closing and cashed out . But what they do is list your house and expect you to show it. Then they say if they have any trouble with documents they can extend it another 60 days. So I am stuck. I can't list my house myself and they won't let me out of this fake contract I signed like a fool.
