I went in to buy a car from this *************** from Pinellas Auto Brokers and he asked for a $500 deposit I told him I'd be back with cash the next day. I go back the next day asking for the $500 deposit back you told me now I can't have it I told him by ******* state law he cannot hold my money he said yes he could I have to buy the car. So we got into an argument and he takes me for a test driving a different car which that he disabled ** so I wouldn't buy it. I'm a mechanic so I know what I'm talking about I've been doing this for years. So he sells me a Chrysler 300 2007 with a battery that had a dead cell that's 250 bucks roughly the ** didn't work in the car I told him about it he said he'd have it fixed on a day that I picked the car up which was the next day and it was blowing cold for about the drive home and then it quit I told him about it and he gave me a hard time you told me he give me twenty bucks to take it down the street to his ******* I take it to my mechanic it cost me800 bucks. So we're over $1,000 now on top of that I've had the car it has barely three hundred miles on it since I bought from him I've done a tune-up on it another hundred and fifty bucks. They also have the starters bad on it and has an electrical problem but you didn't even know how to use the radio let's put it that way another lighters work in it and am on top everything door locks don't work nothing ** does not blow cold in the back it needs a starter that's another thousand bucks would labor so right now as far as I'm concerned he owes me about $2,800 I'm upset Beyond upset. He's nothing but a liar he kept my $500 and force me into a car that I could have gone down the street got a 90 day warranty and never had to worry about anything and been driving a ******** **** I could kick myself right now that I know that ************* law states that you have 3 days to get your deposit back step he forced me into this car he knew it was wrong with the car cuz they have all their cars inspected not ! I have witnesses
