    I scheduled a boat charter on 2/27/2024 for $623.06. We had a change in our trip and I attempted to cancel via email and phone on 2/28 and 3/5, there was no answer via phone or email. I texted the number on their website and received a text on 3/7 that I would be refunded the full amount of $623.06 and they confirmed my order number. I have never received the refund and my Discover Card is unable to assist.

    We use a booking system called Fareharbor for our middle man company for credit card processing. We did refund the booking, but the custmer called their credit card company and had a dispute placed on the booking twice. Everytime the custmer disputed the charges it placed the booking and refund in escrow twice and placed a hold on this booking for the time it takes for both partyies to submit their side. We haven't submitted our side becasue we are not disputing the charge back. Once ********** has released the fund and refunded the custmer it will be resolved. Just waiting on the credit card processor to do their review.

    Even more. This customer has been helped endlessly and this is completely out of our companies hands because it is waiting on the dispute to be finalized. If customer stops submitting disputes to credit card it would have been processed already.

    And the custmer has the wrong complaint. This doesnt involve the Beach Bar. It was with Lagerheads Watersports a completly different company.

    They recently reached out on Monday with additional support after previous emails indicated they were not going to refund which is why I filed the dispute. I am following up with Discover card. Thank you!
