Hotel accommodations not disclosed. Breach of contract on the hotels part. The hotel room provided was 5 feet from a restaurant with live music which played until 1am. This made me unable to sleep. A smoke detector/fire alarm low battery warning- chirped all ************ Also making it impossible to sleep. This is a *************** hazard- to not have working fire alarms. There was a guest access gate next to my hotel room. The gate is metal and slammed shut repeatedly throughout the night. I did not sleep for 1 single hour in this hotel. Which ruined my entire trip. Their was also no air conditioning in the unit. The unit was broken. It was 80 degrees in there- with no access to open windows. Air conditioning was offered in the hotel amenities.No hot water in the shower. Freezing cold. Basic accommodations that I expected when rented the hotel room were not provided. This is false advertising and/or Breach of contract. I want my money refunded.Customer response
