    Purchase made 2/18/24 and debited from account same day. Website states all processed order are shipped next business day. Received confirmation email stating payment received and addional email will be sent once item shipped. As of 2/25/25 item hasbl not shipped, previous call attempts to reach by phone went unanswered and emails were bit responded too. Spoke with employee 2/25/25 who took my name and number and stated would forward my info to the manager, did not jave inform on current orders. No call received from manager.

    Regrettably, the complaint submitted here contains inaccuracies, misleading other customers into believing that our company fails to treat its customers right. The order was not placed on February 18, 2024, but rather on February 18, 2025. Following this, it undergoes a 24 to 48-hour approval process before being shipped. The customer received the package on February 27, 2025. Typically, our customers receive their packages within 5 to 7 business days. This package was delivered after 8 days. We apologize for the inconvenience, as we strive to ship orders promptly. However, delays can occur due to our high volume of business or delivery issues with ****. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused and are committed to continually improving our services. Misrepresenting the order date is unacceptable. We would appreciate the opportunity to make amends with the customer and provide a satisfactory resolution. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a long-term relationship.
