    I was staying at the Marriot beachside Hotel confirmation #*********. Staying from 11/17-11/18. Has been a nightmare and would like to be refunded.Upon arrival I informed that my wife was pregnant and asked if I can be checked in early. The said no issue they had a room ready.They checked me into 512 b to my surprise found the ceiling was in the midst of a repair and saw tools and debri all over the room.I called the front and they informed me that they would switch me to another room. I called an Uber to come back to the hotel from downtown. As i am approaching the hotel I get a call from the front desk stating that the tech fixed the problem and no need to come in. I ask the Uber to return us to downtown.I get a call 15 min stating that they made an error and the tech never got to it and they have a bellboy moving our stuff. That the copy of my room key is at the front (We never gave consent for our stuff to be moved especially being that we had sensitive documents and large amount of cash.)$50 dollars in Ubers later I get to the front desk and asking for a key and no one knew what we were talking about. 15 min later they finally get my key. I returned to my original room to my surprise find 4 ppl in the room. 1 hour later the hotel losses power and water while Im in the shower. Terrible experience. I would like a refund.
