    If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I hired Hartwell Comes in Handy to renovate 2 bathrooms and build out our detached garage. We were told "I'm on the way to your house" and no one ever showed up. Multiple times. We were told permits were applied for. That was a lie. After over a month of lies and broken promises, we mutually terminated the agreement. We paid fourteen thousand dollars, which he returned part of, but we have yet to receive the remainder of our "deposit." His phone is now disconnected and we are unable to reach him. Please do not give this man a dime.

    Absolute nightmare and still paying for his Shaby work almost 2 yrs later. I still have all of text messages with all of ****** excuses and lies. Siding done incorrectly, messed up our fireplace chimney so bad, stole the chimney cap, stole my money by not supplying the doors I paid for, gave false insurance and license information, the list goes on ZERO STARS.......

    Why after 2 years is this being brought up. Nothing was stolen nothing was out of the ordinary. She wanted every hole caulked was never talked about at the beginning. A bunch of changes. Never took a payment for any of the labor done on the house all my insurance has always been up to date. Everything she accuses me of is all defamation. Which will be pursued another way. She has tried to make my name bad. She even tried to get a group together to do the same. Everything that has ever been wrong has all been taken care of. So I dont even know why 2 years down the road this is even being brought up.
