    I paid express shipping for one day and they disregarded it and sent regular mail. Missed my last minute gift and also the 20 dollars for express shipping, delivery protection and regular shipping along with the cost of the product.

    I expected more from this company, and honestly I am not surprised by their lack of care. I ordered on December 3 and only received a shipping notification on December 16th. I do understand that it is the holiday season, however they do mention that they ship orders within 5 to 10 business days. No communication, no effort to say anything outside of "thanks for your money!". I can understand how there is a backup due to the holiday season, but it seems like this company doesn't understand good business practices when it comes to shipping. Not to mention, they also use ***** ground, which is the worst parcel carrier on this planet next to DHL. But that seems right, as they are probably cost cutting at every corner to make a buck. I am sure my recipient will love the gift, but I would rather make my own candles than buy their overpriced, lazy shipping and money grabbing product.

    I ordered these candles for Christmas for a "Disney" fanatic family member for Christmas on December 7th. There was nothing on the website indicating they would not make it by Christmas (as they claimed after I wrote them) and as they were only a few states away in Florida, I assumed I'd have them in time. I got a confirmation of my order immediately, but a week later, I'd not received a shipping notification or update. I emailed them and was told my order would not make it in time for Christmas. I ordered something from China on the same day and it's already been received. I have no idea what takes a company so long to ship candles, but their first response was apologetic and thanking me for my order. I told them to cancel my order since it had not yet been shipped yet and it was already Dec. 16th and got back a short note saying "Got it, it's cancelled, money refunded". They had no right to charge my card before the product was even shipped and given their snappy response when I requested a refund, tells me I made the right decision in not trusting this company. Now reading most of these BBB reviews, I'm comforted in knowing I did the right thing, as the reviews are indicating this company does not provide a decent product or concerned customer service. I'll stick with ****** *******.

    Horrible candles; the wick goes out right away and they don’t burn correctly. I’ve written two reviews on their site that they haven’t posted and have written to them without receiving a response. Total scam

    Was charged $46 for shipping. After receiving the item, we got a bill from FedEx for the same amount. The company claimed the $46 was only to ship it to the border, then the customer pays an additional fee for the shipping from there. I’ve never heard of a company doing this before, and if this is how they’re going to do it, they need to make that clear to their customers. We will not be buying any products from them in the future. The candles also don’t really smell like what they say they do.

    I have a autistic son that completely loves the "smellies" from this company. We've been ordering from them for over a year now, and we depend on them. They are always more than eager to work/help their customers. This is the only company that I completely believe is the absolute best.

    Super slow shipping. No tracking Info provided. Scents are crazy strong and returns are only approved if unused but you can’t even smell them until you have opened the bottles of oils. Not going to use them again. Nice idea but in reality not good product.

    I had made a purchase with Magic Candle Co and when it arrived some candles were missing/others damaged due to shipping. I wrote an email and within a few hours another order was 2 day expressed to me. Not only did they replace the missing candles, but they replaced my entire order. The packaged it so nicely, and it arrived in perfect condition. The candles themselves are a 10/10 (as always) but the customer service is a 12/10. Thank you Magic Candle Co for being amazing and well worth the money!

    My Magic candle was "popping" then the flame broke the glass and wax leaked everywhere. Good thing I was here and paying attention. I have photos if you'd like!
